Even though u have an online account u have to sign up again in the app. After u do using the same info it will work. it’s weird I know but it works.

Still the same log on issues
I can’t believe two years later your company is still having the same issues. What’s the point of the app if you can’t set up a new account. What the point of your website if you can not access from a mobile web browser to activate new card/ account. Get your sh- - together already. This is when I really need you guys and I’m already seeing red flags. My own personal credit union was hacked and I’m turning to your guys and I’m not feeling confident at all knowing you have the same issues from 2018.
