Worst product experience EVER. The Genie will only connect to wifi if right next to the router. The wifi received is too weak and the setup process is a complete joke. Not worthy of a company with Rituals otherwise splendid reputation.

The unit does not connect to WiFi so ThePerfumeGenie is useless. Also the diffuser battery runs out pretty fast so the unit is pretty much useless anyway.

No widget support, not able to add device to Alexa, no shortcuts, no homekit. For such a premium product to have such a lame app is a shame. And why the heck does my music pause when opening ThePerfumeGenie , c’mon such a big company as Rituals can surely hire more competent developers?
