Try to log in to my app and it keeps saying “oops something went wrong”

Keeps saying oops something went wrong when trying to login

I was excited about this app, but now I'm just frustrated!!! I can't get past the "Next" button when completing my profile. I've cleared the cache, force stopped and uninstalled/reinstalled several times and nothing works. If this is supposedly available in my state, why isn't it ready & working properly?!?

I can't remove items out of my cart that I don't want

My app is not working. I am trying to clear my cart so I can place another order, but it will not allow me to do so. Please help. Thank you

I'm having the same problem with the app keeps giving me the "oops there was an error" message. Anyone know how to fix this? Just like everyone else I've uninstalled the app reset the password but getting the same message,

I cannot access my cart. I keep getting “an error has occurred.” I made another account and that one is working just fine so it’s specifically targeting my account. Idk why as I see others having the same issue. I’ve tried uninstalling app, using different browsers and devices. I even set the store pickup location before trying to access the cart- nothing works

States I need to complete my profile. It is complete and I have checked the box to agree to conditions. When I hit next it just stays on this same screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still same issue. Very frustrating. My email states I have a birthday gift and a 30 percent coupon in my wallet, but I can't access it.

I have 3 rewards available. 2 will expire tomorrow and it says I have no rewards and I can clearly see in the other part of the app I have them.

Won’t let me sign in, keeps saying oops there was an error. Says Face ID isn’t working and says my password is wrong. Redirects me to change it. I did. Came back and it makes me hold down a pill shaped button because it thinks I’m a robot. Frustrating. Giving up on it today. Won’t be participating in sale.

I cannot log in on the app. It keeps taking me back to the rewards for perks. It will never get beyond that. It’s super frustrating.

Won't update. Tried to uninstall/reinstall and now can't get it at all!. So frustrating!

When I put my password it directs me to way to get perks by putting in my birthday. It NEVER lets me get to the products so I can buy what I want. It is VERY frustrating. Why offer an app if it does not work. I have to call and give my order over the phone after being put on hold for a lo g time. Please do something so a customer can go straight to shopping.

Can not go past the sign in of my app. Not sure what to do.
