Super frustrating

I was forced to watch videos and then have the app step me through the process twice since the registration of email didn’t work at all the first time. App testing is severely lacking. Got my door to open/close one time with the app. Now didn’t work. Waste of an afternoon let alone purchase of a product that doesn’t work
Customer service doesn’t respond to questions

Customer service was helpful initially but then went MIA, I tried to return the product but apparently they are Canadian and the package went to their US forwarding address. No support, no product, and no refund.

Absolutely awful app. Logs me out, then when I try to log in, it tells me my password is wrong. When I try to reset the password, it tells me my email address is wrong. Finally, it kicks me out altogether. Would love to try the product itself but no luck.
