I have a problem with WOOM

No current problems

- Cannot put in any info on anything but the current day

- Cannot edit period dates

- Period and ovulation prediction is inaccurate

- Add period on calendar option is broken

To resolve WOOM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WOOM App
1. On android, goto Settings » WOOM » click [Force Stop]

Clear WOOM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WOOM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WOOM.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WOOM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WOOM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WOOM
