How am I supposed to sign in when MyRental does not give you the option to create a new account?

My Rental app is reviewed in Google Play . From Google Play under the MyRental ap it gets a 1 star ranting. The complaints from people are heartbreaking to say the least. Frustrating and annoying. This ap by not working efficiently is causing a lot of renters undue angst and stress. I dont know when your particular website was put up but since 2017 in the Google app Play Store there has been at least 80% of users not happy with it. And still absolutely nothing gets done. I use agl and optus apps and there are none of the problems that the MyRental app seems to be plagued with. Furthermore optus and agl dont charge their consumers with fees on top of their utility bills. If the bill is say $100.00 there is no 2% fee surcharge. Collecting fees on top of rent is illegal. See section 42 of the Tenancy Act Victoria. A landlord or a property manager is forbidden to charge fees on top of their tenants paying rent. I dont pay a fee to use my agl app nor do I pay any fees using my optus app. Especially for such a poor performing app. Regardless charging fees is illegal as I said., according to the Rental Act of Victoria. The alternative is going to the post office which is a pretty poor alternative. For 7 years I have been paying direct debit from my bank account to Philip Webb Trust Account and no fees were ever charged. In fact I signed a form with my bank to ensure I dont pay any bank fees whatsoever. Along comes the poor performance of the MyRental app. Plus it crashes, the page wont open it doesnt recognise my bank, and I cant change the figure of my rent because of the fees attached to it. I pay in rent x amount per fortnight and on top of that almost $4,00 extra. which are the fees concurred for the app. But nothing gets done about it. Really poor business manage and procedure on the part of Philip Webb. It has caused nothing but stress and undue harassment by my property manager, through count less emails and text messages to the point where I now have put a block on my email account. And it stays there! Really great service. Pathetic! Absolutely pathetic.
