I’m distraught. this app has always been singularly impressive, a standout amongst the other moneyed apps. With sincere though brief work, $10 was mine for the taking in due time, and I spread the word of it freely, this app’s praises always on my lips.
I have been sitting, staring at a 1350 points balance for MONTHS now (1000 points = $10) and in the VERY ACT OF REDEEMING said points, the same, convenient glitch occurs: whole lotta nothin’.
Two emails have come back to me, “This is a problem on Paypal’s end.” Whatever the case may be, can they expect me, in good conscience, to keep putting in for them (effort, energy, time, a good word to others) when—regardless of where the buck stops—they allow one of their own to be so disgruntled...and that because of such shabby, negligent, and demeaning treatment of their own customer base by none other than this app, themselves?
This hurts. Who knew straight tackiness, ratty and tatty professionalism, and a lazy, negligent mindset could lead to pain? It’s so awfully insulting and bleak to be ignored and not taken seriously though the opposite is expected in return.
