Keep getting an error message that pops up in the middle of games and costs me baskets and wins.
My game cant start in my phone.. my phone is realme GT neo 3 naruto.. Please fix it
Same issue reported last Sept 15 by Rayshawn Gibson, only seeing black and yellow screen... its still the same up to now.... removed and installed the app but still the same... This happened after IOS16 update... any news on any updates to fix this????
The screen just show yellow and black you can only hear sounds I’ve purchased the court pass and can’t get my money worth.
When I open the game it loads then it goes into the loading screen with the card and it it says lading 70% then it crashes
The crowd just looks "pink". Literally. No faces or clothes on..just pink. Plus some players don't have heads or their upper body is white. And some teams don't have jerseys on their upper bodies. Have tried uninstalling the app, switching to other versions but it still doesn't work. Running on Android 11 with CPU of Helio G88.
When I get on crews mode it crashes before it gets to the court same thing on 3v3 gauntlet it just keeps closing the app why????
