My husband and I’ve been trying to stop the benefits as we no longer need that kind of credit. It will not let us click on the savings tab at all on the internet and if we do on the app it just keeps loading and nothing happens. Not to mention, the bank they go through keeps things very private making it even harder for us to cancel the loan with these guys to prevent my husband from losing money out of his paycheck. It would be nice if it was easier on us and that the employees could have the ability to help us cancel the credit when we have a hard time accessing it ourselves.

The app itself doesn’t have the links you need in order to fill out for a loan. While Brightside as a whole is extremely helpful the app isn’t very useful for anything other than speaking with a representative. I can’t even view my monthly statements. Maybe update the app to give customers access to do the application and view out statements

I have yet to get into my account and I have money in my savings that I can’t touch because I’m unable recover my password with my phone number and my email. Says email has been sent and nothing has been delivered. I enter my number and it tries to send to my email and not my phone. Makes no sense. I’ve tried deleting the app then downloading it again. I even called customer service three times. They’re just as confused as I am.
