Nicely paced

I like this app. When it comes to working out I’m definitely an app girl. I think this is great specially since you can take it up or dial it back a notch. I wish the break wasn’t so long in between but I just start the exercise before the time count down ends.. easy fix. I love this app 5 stars.

first workout

I did my first workout and i feel great i am 12 and i don’t feel comfortable with my body i feel embarrassed and i want to have a slim and fit body. after reading reviews i feel really confident this will help me.

Awesome, just one little thing

I love that this app has various workouts, reminders, and pretty good music. But all I would like is for the app to be able to pause during the workouts. That’s the only thing that I would like. Awesome app 😎😎😎
