RedCon1 won’t let you log in. I set up an account with this app and I can log into the website just fine. But I can’t log into RedCon1 with my credentials. Shouldn’t my same credentials I use for the website work on RedCon1 . Already changed my password multiple times, still doesn’t work. Please fix the issue, I’m not going to setup another account. If RedCon1 is fixed and works I will change my rating. Now I really like the website but just wish RedCon1 would work.

App laid out nice but beware. Redcon will run sales, a certain percent off telling you to download RedCon1 , and RedCon1 will crash and they will not stand behind there word. I tried for over two hours to buy during a huge sale. App crashed, couldn’t submit payment and then when the time ended I contacted Redcon to be told they will not honor even though they admit to fault. Will not support Redcon products nor will I sell them in any of my stores. Poor customer service.

On 4 different occasions, RedCon1 wouldn't accept my credentials to log in and have lost out on three of your appclusive discount codes. It is still so much easier to work through your regular site. Another suggestion would be the ability to change your password through your account info. Not only by hitting the forgot password during login.

I really like the concept of RedCon1 love the great deals they offer the layout doesn’t really even seem that bad, some cons though definitely goes unresponsive sometimes have incredibly hard time clearing your cart if you miss out on the deal and come back next time seems like they want you to be forced to buy those items, and this definitely does not work the greatest with voiceover, I am not X military but I would imagine there would be people wanting to use your app with eye problems may just be something to look into, negativity aside though I really like RedCon1

Love this app products. But twice now I’ve tried ordering during a sale, only to not be able to sign in. Ended up ordering as a guest so no getting points for rewards for my orders. Very disappointed in RedCon1 . Also tried calling customer service to order and let them know about the problem signing in and number is busy all the time. Get rid of RedCon1 or fix it. Or allow ALL sales on the website and not just RedCon1 .

The push notifications for sales happening are super helpful. this app always has killer deals. Keep these turned on!

The shopping experience itself is a bit subpar but it gets the job done. Duplicative categories, duplicative functionality, information hierarchy, usability testing are the areas I would focus on just to clean up and improve the experience a bit.

The only issue is that the free hoodie or shirt promo +% off doesn’t quite work in RedCon1 . It’ll take the % off but it won’t add the free item. I have to go on the website for it to work. All in al good experience and great product that work.

The supplements are fantastic, by far my favorite brand. RedCon1 is fine and well, however it will not let me login to my account on RedCon1 . When it is fixed, this 4 star review will turn into a 5 star review.

Little hard to navigate and find stuff at first but once you get the hang of it and just mess around you’ll find yourself spending more money than you’d prolly like. Love RedCon1 though and of course love the products

I have never had a better experience with any in app purchase. The process was painless and the price is excellent for these top quality products. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone who is looking for quality supplements

I've had problems with this app website being slow, glitchy, and a little frustrating in the past, however RedCon1 exceeded my expectations and I will be using RedCon1 from here on out!!

This company has truely earned its reputation. There MRE is top notch, delicious but not heavy like You swallowed a brick. The MRE bars are fantastic and never get hard. Always good and don’t wear your jaw out eating them. I can go on and on. Try them. The hype is legit!! You’ll definitely come back for more.

Honestly, most companies that are trying to sell you something have bad apps. This isn’t the case with this app. They have an excellent easy to use app that doesn’t make buying their product a chore. KUDOS!
