The app Myssi app gets to a point and stops, can’t get to results gets stuck after log in

MySSI app gets stuck on black screen with white SSI in the center. I have completely rebooted (erased all data) from my phone and I am still getting the same problem with the app. Please help.

Force Stop the MySSI App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MySSI app. » click "Force Stop".
