Booked an English tour and was put on a Chinese speaking tour. I messaged the company immediately during business hours and they never responded. I emailed them as well. Nothing! The company does not respond to requests for up when you message them on KKday ! Zero stars for this company!

If you are Chinese its probably great. If you are any other asian speaking traveler, it’s terrible. The tour was basically a transportation service (🧐Kyoto-Nara w/kimono). The “guide” only spoke to the Chinese vacationers, had to ask locals for directions to tour sites and basically only told us when to be back at the bus. There was no informational background given on the tour for the sites. STAY AWAY, find other tour companies that actually interact and give a tour.

I bought 2 tickets for shibuya sky and paid for it, but at my account shows no order. Where are my 2 tickets? Where my money gone? Can’t even found customer service to talk to, because I have no order? How to get my money back?

Trying booking for Shibuya Sky. It keeps showing you there are available time slots, but when you select your desired slot and try paying, it will tell you that slot is sold out. Tried tens of times. Looks like very outdated technology. Really disappointed.

Took my first tour with this app to Tagaytay in the Philippines. this app sided with the tour operator who was ignoring our concerns all day when we expressed that we didn’t get a guided tour in English, as advertised on the listing. We only got a driver who didn’t even know the itinerary for the day. We had to show it to him. We went with the experience all day without understanding what’s going on. this app refused to issue a refund.

I have been trying to book an experience ticket to Universal Studios Japan on the site. I tried to use three different cards and it always say “payment failed” which can’t be possible knowing I have sufficient funds in those accounts. It’s very frustrating because I want to book with this app because I hear such good things.

不要指望KKDay的客服電話能接通、提供嗎及時協助，以及不要指望提前24小時還能更改或是取消退款。I just had my first experience in using this app service, a really disappointed one. In short, don’t believe people may get real time customer support after purchased, in case when you need it most. Also, people need pay close attentions to the cancellation policies which you might think people may cancel or change services even more than 24 hours ahead. Anyway, it’s just another turn-off travel service App w/o much true value, in my opinion.

I used KKday n Thailand to book 2 airport transfers. One of the was fine. The other I cancelled in KKday well before the cutoff date and it was a hassle to get refunded. Finally raising a dispute through my cc company worked. If in Bangkok, bolt is a much better ride app and much cheaper

I hope I can enlarge the fonts, and also I cannot make reservation at first, don’t know why. When j type this review, the font color is set to white by default with white background, so strange!

So easy to use and such a relief when we were not able to purchase directly at the park!

I needed a quick pcr test and found no luck trying to find one. I googled and found this app. I scheduled my test. When I didn’t receive the voucher I contacted customer service who sent it and then contacted the clinic to find a special time to go. They continued to follow up throughout the day. Well worth the anxiety reduction to use this service.

The wifi rental is really awesome and fast! I will recommend this service to all my clients when they come to Japan!

John the driver very punctual and very knowledgeable about the tour. Private car just me and my husband. Reasonable price. Chocolate hills has 214 steps to reach the breathable view. Loboc river lunch cruise , foods are good but you have to pay extra for drinks ( mango, coconut, watermelon shakes) except water. Overall , me and my husband enjoyed the trip.

Landed that morning at 6am, after dropping off luggages and had a simple breakfast took a little walk around then head into the appointment at 11am, it was the perfect balance for my mind and body to relax and I napped a little for recharge while getting pampered, then the walking and site seeing begins.

After reviewed other travelers’ good experience using airport MRT to Taipei city, my husband and myself purchased this app’s round trip MRT vouchers as way of transportation from Taoyuan airport to Taipei city. It’s inexpensive, fast and convenient. We arrived Taipei main station then switched city MRT, pretty easy to figure out our way around, if you have any doubt there are information office for inquiries.

Our only complaint is our fly arrived to the airport at 4:55 AM, this app’s ticket office don’t open until 7 AM. We have to wait around for quite sometime, it will be more convenient if they can provide off time voucher exchange place 24-7.
