Had ordered from them twice in 2017 - a regular order and a pre-order and all went well. Recently ordered a pair of shows and they took my money but never bothered to ship anything out. They dont answer calls (to either number) and dont have a voicemail so theyre probably fake anyway, they dont answer emails (to any of the addresses) and dont answer DMs. If they didnt have the shoe they sold me they could at least have the decency to say something and refund the money but they dont. Theyre just scumbags. STAY AWAY. Just use StockX or GOAT. These guys are clowns.

Love Kixsquare and the actual site. Bought multiple pairs of shoes from them. All 100% legit. Very satisfied with their service. Now they sale accessories from other amazing brands! I check Kixsquare almost every day. And on top of having almost every release they even sale shoes for a cheaper price.

Truly a fan of this company and Kixsquare ....always have heat and sometimes you get your sneakers early which is always a plus! Shipping is fast and reliable and you can definitely catch some steals on there as well! A1 all the way around!

Bought a $550 shoe from this company and they sent me preshipment tracking info, which remained that way ten days later. I filed a dispute with my bank after trying to reach them for days and the day after the dispute the usps received the actual package for shipment. It did show up but the package was mangled and there was no protection on the inside which resulted in damage to the box. I won’t be shopping with this company again.

I’ve had Kixsquare for sometime but I just deleted it. The inventory isn’t managed that well as you will have multiple listings and pictures of things sold out. The site would at least tell you. It took a while for this last update also. I think I’ll stick with the site even though they sent me a damaged pair of shoes ($600) and offered to give me 5% off of my next purchase???

When u buy from his app or store he never replies back to u when u have a question regarding the product or any restock info. He will keep on posting about what he is trying to sell and annoys u with the shoe with a million posts about it. Once he takes your money good luck on because he will never reply back for what ever concerns you may have. Very bad customer service don’t waste your money or time.

I love shopping with this app whenever I’m looking for new heat. Always an easy shopping experience through Kixsquare and website. It won’t disappoint.

The best website/ app to shop from. So far any early releases I have purchased have all been legit and at a decent price. Please keep up the good work I had a doubts at first but I'm glad I gave them a shot.

Was skeptical at first but I’m glad I took the chance. Kixsquare is very handy and accurate. I love it. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it’s SLIGHTLY quirky to navigate.

Kixsquare is full of errors. Half of the items if you can click on them come up with an Error message. Items in your cart? Error message. Customer service? Error message. Yeezy 350 link? Error message. Click on size? Error message. Received notification? Opens up to guess what? ERROR MESSAGE! Figure it out this app.

I Consigned my shoes twice with this app and both shoes sold the same. Definitely would do business again.

Ordered some shoes from here and it’s been about 2 weeks and I still haven’t received any updates about my order. Called and emailed customer service and they haven’t returned my calls or emails. Never again will I purchase from here!

I had ordered 4 pairs and only received 2 sneakers. I ordered 3 of air maxes sizes 8,9, and 9.5 and only received a 9. Then got a pair of the air max 90 size 9.5. However, I've been emailing them calling no answer. Horrible service and my bank has been charged for weeks.
