Charged me $11.99?

I wanted to try the full version because it was only $2.99. Looked at my account today and it charged me $11.99. What is up with that?

Update ruined a great app

Used PHATWorkoutPlanTracker 5 days a week for 5 years, it was exactly what i wanted, and not bloated and horid like all other workout plan apps usually are. The update they released today ruined it, not only is it a far cry from the simple app it used to be which is bad enough, but they completely botched the features they tried to add as well. Not worth downloading.

Data gone

Underwent a massive overhaul and deleted a year of my workout data

Can’t clear/reset data

No way to clear workout data after imputing it so any mistake in input ruins your tracking. Unacceptable shortcoming for a paid app. Great UI simplicity but useless given the current huge limitation.

Just started having issues

I like the idea of PHATWorkoutPlanTracker and it has a lot of potential. I like the HIIT routines.

Issues:
I can’t go into previous workouts to change the sets or reps.
Sometimes I go into a new workout and the sets and reps have already been inputed and I can’t change or delete them.
Sometimes it doesn’t save my workouts.

I wish they had pictures of alternatives to the workouts if you don’t have that particular machine.

With all these issues PHATWorkoutPlanTracker should be free. If they improve these issues it’ll be worth the cost.

Routine is great but the app needs work

Pros:
I’m seeing great results in a short time with this routine.

Cons:
Can’t edit your inputs if you fat finger it.

No option to turn off the rest time feature so if you don’t need it then it’s a little obnoxious.

Doesn’t automatically adjust the weight for a linear progression. Adding 5 lbs to each workout would be nice.

The history section gives you the weight you used but not the reps so if you failed to get all your reps in then there’s no reference that you might need to step down in weight.

Could be better

App does not allow you to change exercises or edit at all. Not much to be gained by purchasing, so best to stick with free version until it allows you to do more. Aside from that, it’s a great starting point for the program

So so

I like that it’s already set up for the PHAT program, but you can’t check things off out of order. If a piece of equipment at the gym is in use I will jump forward to the next one. I’m unable to cross off items unless they are in order. Also, you can’t add or modify the exercises in the workout. I prefer to replace 1 of the calf exercises with an additional flute exercise but am not able to track it in PHATWorkoutPlanTracker.

Good, could be great.

PHATWorkoutPlanTracker is good for the free version. I thought purchasing the full version would give me everything I want but it really does almost nothing more than the free version. You can’t go back and edit your previous workouts (in case you fat fingered a digit and want to correct it). You can’t skip an exercise and go to a different exercise, meaning, you have to go EXACTLY in the order PHATWorkoutPlanTracker has the workouts in. Until they add this to updates, I’d say stick with the free option.

Extremely helpful!

PHAT has really helped me out in the last 3 months. I was able to put on 15 pounds, most of it being muscle, and my body is showing no signs of stopping! Super excited to have found PHATWorkoutPlanTracker and have started on my muscle building journey!

Army Muscle

My son was really skinny and needed to put on muscle for the army. PHAT really helped him pack on the muscle, and we are really shocked by his transformation! Now he is one of the strongest guys in his class. Thanks to PHAT for putting this muscle building workout into an easy to use package. Good Stuff!!

Good job

I like how PHATWorkoutPlanTracker does not have any distractions or advertisements. I have been using PHATWorkoutPlanTracker for quite some time and have built quite a bit of muscle.
