10 months agoGulf plus station in Norwich New York has the stickers on every pump to download the app, but when you go to use it the station does not exist within the app. The operators of the establishment ( poor English) said they don't use it at their station. Can the station be added to the app so it can be used as advertised?? Route 12 North Norwich NY 13815

App issue
I can only give this app one star bc it will not work for me. I am very frustrated because every time go to this Gulf station (which is 5 minutes from my home) I cannot connect to the app due to internet connection.I have called golf customer service every time I have been at the pump and they tell me that there is nothing on their end. I called Verizon which is my carrier and they tell me it’s nothing on their end. So I called Apple and ask them to run a diagnostic test and they did and they told me to get in touch with the golf app producer. That was as of today. Now I deleted the golf app and put it back in and it still didn’t work. Quite frankly I’m at the end of my rope. I wanted to get gas today because of the $.15 savings and the only way you can get the savings is to pay with Apple Pay. If you use a credit card they do not honor the savings. I will get to the bottom of this but it is absolutely absurd as to how much time and effort I have wasted on this.

App never works
Update: the app still doesn’t work. I have tried to add a new credit card, I enter everything required only to continuously receive a message that reads: oops something went wrong. There was a problem with the server. Please fix this! I would love to use the app again! I used to love the app and the deals up to 15 cents off, but the app gets you to the gas station and then it doesn’t work. It’ll say things like you’ve attempted to buy gas too many times please try again later. But doesn’t say when to try again so you keep trying and that’s the same message you’ll get over and over. I wish it would have a countdown you can actually see. Or better yet have the app actually work!

Poorly Planned.
Went to use Gulf Pay today to take advantage of the last day of the $.15 per gallon discount. Opened the app. It says to update. Hit update, says not available in my area. Won’t let me use the old version. Go to Website to download new app with version released 3 days ago. It won’t load. Strong work, NOT!!! Let’s see if they extend the discount to compensate for their mistake.
