Impossible to download tickets or reservations. You have to call and wait for hours to receive information and pdf tickets to your email. Hours lost, better buy tickets directly in the museums or activities.
Too expensive to be this confusing and unhelpful . Tried to use this at each stop. Never worked because there was no wireless connection
Parisjetaime is impossible. They have a no refund policy which is awful because it doesn’t work and you don’t know that until you get there.
This is the official government site for Paris Visitors Bureau. It has a wealth of information and it is surprisingly current and up to date. It is also a great place to get tickets and Passes. Do not be fooled by non official sites. These people are here to help.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. App doesn’t work. I scans the QR code fine but booking attractions just hangs and never refreshes. Getting a hold of customer service is impossible. I hope I didn’t waste $300 on 5 passes.
Terrible. You only need reservations at the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. The other things save you from standing in line the buy a ticket. However for the louve and the tower you cannot make reservations more than 48 hours in advance. Which was not stated in the website prior to purchase. When we arrived at the tower for our reservation we were told that the QR code wasn’t accepted and discovered that the tickets had never been sent to us. We could have just purchased the tickets online. No one at any of the places even know what Paris pass was. It did work for everything but the Louvre and the tower but the cost did not equal the value of what we received.
