why I cannot do the verification with my mobile phone
Can’t sign up

Ok did anyone test this app before releasing it? The sign up process is: download app, click on sign up, enter phone number, get OTP. Sounds easy right? Well the OTP is a link that opens in Safari with a message that says “Please install the BigPay app from the App Store” with a link. Click on the link and guess what happens? The App Store loads. Talked to customer support and they said to uninstall and reinstall the app and get back in touch if it happens again. It happened again but I’m gonna move on to an alternative. Thanks bye.

This app as been holding users money and give no reasons for doing such.

I have enough evidence for this. You can’t close peoples account and also hold on to their money. It’s evil.
You have done it to many people, I will be the last person you try this rubbish with.

Recovery passcode problem

I have a problem signing in the app. I do exactly what the bigpay support told me to. After clicking the link from sms. The app opens and ask for your passcode in numerical. The recovery passcode given to me in the email twice is in letters. This doesn’t make any sense. I wanted to gave up but i still got few ringgits left in bigpay account!!!
