App not loading

For some reason TheZOApp stopped loading on my iPhone XS. Just keep seeing the “spinner”.
I tried everything, updated TheZOApp , restarted my phone, closed TheZOApp completely. Nothing works.
Stores refuse to accept the privilege card in the app

What’s the use of TheZOApp if the stores don’t recognize the privilege card loaded on TheZOApp , insist it has to be the physical silver Rockefeller Privilege Card, and refuse to honor the discount.
