Want Data Upload to Cloud Desktop Spreadsheet

I have the Abbot Freestyle Libre 14 day CGM system and generally love it. I use both the handheld meter and or cell phone yellow Libre app to capture and display data and analytics from the arm patch stick-on device.
I want the ability to pull ALL time stamped glucose data from the system and place it in tab delimited form into my desktop computer for my own viewing and analysis. ALL data both the minute by minute data held by the patch and the user initiated recordings. .... Does the doctor system do this? Can I get it from my consumer system? Does the “family” app somehow allow this? The data is there and it moves around through your proprietary software and networking. Can the consumer get it? The current system does not allow me to show my endocrinologist specific events over the past several months. I want the full raw data.

App is becoming less useful

LibreLinkUp started off great, but that has changed over the last few months. The most recent upgrade rendered LibreLinkUp completely useless by knocking out the login information and upon a new login attempt LibreLinkUp continuously asks for you to accept the link up request from the sensor user in an unending circle. I now cannot see any of my mother’s blood sugar information. This was after the prior update removed the alert and notification capabilities that helped me know when my mother’s blood sugar was getting too high. It seems that every update makes LibreLinkUp less useful rather than more useful. Very disappointed!

Useless for reading meter...

LibreLinkUp only allows you to share info from your meter to others. You still need your own meter. You can not use this software to read your own meter. My meter got damaged and it will take a week to get a replacement. Now I have a sensor running that I can’t read, and a useless app that will only do what I don’t need it to do.

LibreLinkUp developers will leave an apology and ask you to call customer support! I need to read my sensor NOW!

Need new app for libre 2

I love LibreLinkUp but I just received the Freestyle Libre2 and LibreLinkUp does not read the sensor. I have the reader, but I would like to only carry my phone not the reader and the phone.

Hate that it makes me login in randomly

I use LibreLinkUp from afar to help me track my mom’s blood sugar. For the most part LibreLinkUp is great. But it pisses me off by randomly requiring me to login with credentials. So stupid. I put it on my phone, why do you randomly demand a login? Bad user design.

Mixed features

The feature to “scroll” the pattern needs to be in both apps. The ability to review daily patterns needs to be in both apps.

Much better

Much better by adding what we all asking for which is using graph. Many thanks for that.

I would give you 5 stars, if you Can add glucose unit selection for the graph.

Wonderful App

I find LibreLinkUp so useful to check on my daughters glucose readings when she’s at school. I am so happy for finding LibreLinkUp

Thank you delevopers, great job, god bless!!

Not useful at all

As a family member invited to follow someone with the Libre, I expected to be able to see the trend graphs and notes. How can I help if all I can see is what the user sees? If the user has scanned her sensor, she already knows the value. I was hoping to be able to see overall trends up or down prior to the value being entered.

Can’t sign up on iPhone SE

The ‘new user’ process fails on the iPhone SE - after entering new user info, the button to continue is too far off the bottom of the screen to be clicked (and that screen does not scroll).

Also, cryptic notifications appear if you were signed in on the previous version. No in-app feedback mechanism, at least not before login.

[The following is for historical purposes and has been fixed:

The main screen appears (with the “not for treatment decisions” disclaimer), but there are no buttons or other obvious ways of using LibreLinkUp .]

iPhoneXR and sensor

I recently upgraded phones to an iPhone XR and have had a significant amount of trouble with my phone reading the sensor through LibreLinkUp . I can hold my phone next to it, above it a few inches and have even pointed the top of my phone directly above it and it won’t pick up the reading. I know the sensors work, I have had to use my reader and easily connect the two with that instrument but my phone does not pick it up! I even took my case off of my phone and tried to check it but it doesn’t pick it up even then.

How can I get it to pick up the readings? Is there something on my phone to check if it’s working properly?

Thank you

Medical Professional

Will LibreLinkUp be able to connect with providers? like Libre Link?

Incomplete data collection

The log does not show all the data, consistently misses data points. The graph data point line will not move to the last data point without shutting down and restart.
Needs a lot of work

What a joke doesn’t even work!

Called libre, LibreLinkUp is missing so many parts to make it usable. They make create a whole new login. It’s impossible to add friends!

Programmers sure screwed this one up!

Doesn’t work

LibreLinkUp’s purpose is great. But it doesn’t work and I never get my husbands readings or if I do, I get them 4 times in 2 seconds. I need to know my husband’s readings and this is not helpful.

It is Broken!

Just downloaded LibreLinkUp. I can’t get past the selection of country and language portion of LibreLinkUp . It just goes in an endless loop. Very frustrating!

By

Error message

Keeps saying error, try again later. Can’t even get logged back in.

By

Useless

LibreLinkUp is basically useless when what is really needed is to receive alerts when glucose is dangerously low.😥

By

Phone app is useless.

14 day says my iPhone is not compatible. Calling customer service is a lesson in futility.

By

Useless!!!

Don’t waste your time with this.

Double notifications

iPhone XR. I seem to be getting double notifications for all alerts from my family member. Also, would be nice to have a graph to track actual progress and to be able to set alert parameters, such as ‘dropping quickly’ or out of a pre-specified range.

By

Quite helpful

However, I do wish the this app app would also show the graph and the average glucose, etc... readings that the LibreLink have. That would be even more helpful!

By

Do you like error messages?

LibreLinkUp is one error message after another. It took six or eight tries to register. After confirming my email address and attempting to use LibreLinkUp and all I get are error, error, error, try again, try again. I cannot tell you if LibreLinkUp works well or not because it will not let me in to actually try it!

It worked for a few times

I’m going to try and try and have my mom resend a request because it worked for a few days and then then LibreLinkUp stores sending me my moms info. Which was why I downloaded it. I’ll update this if it gets better.

By

Decent App

It would be nice to have the graph view to better see the trending glucose levels. Same as/similar to the LibreLink app does.

By

Buggy and They Don’t Care

They send every notification twice. Devs responded and essentially said “get lost, we don’t care.” Lacks graph. Better than nothing, but needs substantial improvement.

By

Graph

Doesn’t have a graph or alerts. Basically all you see is the current glucose level. Really only helps if you have the phone in your hand. Would be nice to have an alert if level goes above or below a certain point.

By

Needs the graphs

Automatic sharing is a great idea, but the real value of LibreLink is in the graphs of readings over time. Very disappointed that those are not shared. The snapshot readings are barely helpful for my needs.

By

No Notifications!!

Family got notifications for one day only! Followed the suggested things to try to fix it but still won’t work! Very frustrating!!!

By

NEED GRAPHS

Good app to keep track of my wife glucose, but will be more visual to see a daily graph to understand behavior and make adjustments.

Not in USA

Great idea but the best I can tell it doesn’t work in the US.

Not much help for a type 1 diabetic

I downloaded LibreLinkUp with the hope that I could link the comments i am able to type when testing my BG with the Freestyle this app CGM using my (Android) phone. It would be extremely helpful to be able to print/share the exercise or food info input with the BG reading or time of info input and then give to my doctor. But LibreLinkUp doesn’t seem to do much except send readings to a friend or family member.
I love my Libre CGM - very handy - but I’ve found their (FreeStyle LIbre) support lacking, online or through the phone.
