Latest update made an app unusable - it requires many retries to even get to the payment step (Apple Pay) and then one more minute to get tickets after payment authorization. Lucky if internet connection is stable during this time.
Doesn’t always work

When it works, it’s great. However 3 or 4 times when I went to get a ticket from my four bundle, it said there was an error. Very frustrating!
Better buy ticket at the counter

After having issues with different app I decided to give a try and get another with better ratings. This app will help you if you are already in Berlin and your phone privacy settings are set to minimum. I tried to book 2 tickets, I’m son traveling to Berlin and tried to get to train as soon I arrive. I wanted to book Single Berlin ABC ticket, still I was asked to enter starting station, unfortunately the app doesn’t allow to type the station you must know Berlin well to know where the airport is and click on the map. Since I need ticket in few hours, I tried to adjust departure time unfortunately this is not allowed. Hopefully Berlin station are still equipped with working ticket machines or counters where tickets can be bought without hassle.
