Every single time I open OrlandoCreditUnion I have a notification that message center has a “New” message. It’s always the same message for debit card rewards to be activated. I can open the message and the notification closes until I close OrlandoCreditUnion and reopen, then the same notification is there. It’s annoying to have to open the same message every time I use OrlandoCreditUnion .
I don't understand the point of doing the finger print option when it constantly erases it and makes me use the password. Then the password doesn't work and when I try to recover the credentials it says the option is not available.
how do i transfer money through things like zelle. there’s no option to do so all though it says it is offered through OrlandoCreditUnion
OrlandoCreditUnion work perfectly fine before. Now that they've updated it, I can't check my balances, I can't look at my accounts and I can't do anything until I call the bank.
If you simply want to know how much money you have in your accounts, you will be satisfied. No modern banking features at all.

Went to Credit Union the sheriff location was closed due to technical problems. Had to go to the City Hall location....What a eye opener first

Your locations button in Account Services points only to ATMs in Wichita, KS. I’m not in Wichita…. I’m in Titusville.

This latest version of the mobile app fixed my biggest complaint, that I couldn't set up payments unless I was logged in from a computer. Now I have access to "bill pay" from my mobile devices. OrlandoCreditUnion does everything I need to do. I can't remember the last time I was actually inside a branch.
Works good wish it would sent notifications for transactions and worked with Apple Watch
