NOAA Radar Pro has stopped working. It briefly opens the closes. Sweeping up from bottom of iPhone screen shows black screen. Tapping on that screen closes the program. I have deleted and reinstalled, with no change in this condition. I suspect a problem on your end, and will follow suggested reset iPhone system, since all other programs are working correctly.
