How can I download the camera after delete it by mistake?

Do not even consider this app products. The company and CTRONICS are terrible and non supported. They should be ashamed to sell such junk that breaks down.

I have bought two cameras to install on our beach house. One stop responding on the very next day and never was able to work after that. The second camera worked until the last iOS 15.3.1 update. Camera simply does not wake up and It doesn’t connect to WIFI any more. It’s very frustrating when you have the camera installed in different city and not be able to do anything about. Do not waste your time and money.

CTRONICS no longer sends notifications. Barely works anymore. My camera is powered on and CTRONICS can’t find the camera. Very frustrating, used to really enjoy.

Camera keeps dropping out about every 4-6 hrs..
After 1 week can't connect at all.

So I think this camera app work great with the with the product I purchased however the only complaint I have is that on any iPhone from seven or above every once in a while you’ll hear an audible tone like something set off your camera and when you go to look at your phone there’s no notification nothing was ever triggered it’s a mystery so you have to leave the sound off otherwise you can get notifications if there’s movement in front of your camera and the rest of CTRONICS works fine

App was good but after the last update it takes more than twice as long to get the cameras online, WHY??? It’s also sad I can’t Use any other app to use my cameras. New update allows 4 live views, very happy with this new addition.

I have been using CTRONICS and the associated cams for about 9 months! This after trying too many big name brands that give nothing but false positives! Once you get used to the set up, they have never given a false positive which is piece of mind! If it pings, you know there is video to watch, especially with deliveries! I have two cams, front and back, any charging is easy using a standard phone cable and with general use, only need to charge every 3-4 months!

I have been working with CTRONICS for 3 months. I don’t have any of the problems others have reported.
I do have an odd audio drop out from time to time and I need to cycle the power on my iPad Pro to restore the audio ( both the play back and the ‘Live’). It’s not critical since I don’t really need to eavesdrop on the phone conversations of people entering the building.
It took a while to get familiar with the settings but I’ve played with them now. Wish list? maybe a few more seconds in the motion alarm recordings but this 15 second thing is ok for the purpose.

this app app is responsive and user friendly. My wifi is sloooow but it still loaded a 1080p HD quality view w hen I accessed it from my mobile app.      ‌

Useful new features would be to add an on/off for the motion detection right on the main camera page. This would reduce the steps by not having to access the settings then alarm settings menu. When I’m in my space where camera is located I don’t need motion notifications every 10 seconds. When I leave it would be great to have an easier way to turn the setting back on. Even an on/off switch when on left most home screen where other news and weather apps are located.

Also, secondary option for pan/zoom features, like arrows on the screen, would be useful for those that don’t like to swipe the screen to move around. Keep the swipe feature though, it’s useful. Sometimes panning is annoying bc it is in steps, not fluid with your physical finger swipe amount/intensity.

Setting up camera wirelessly was annoying because you have to find the manual online. Some trouble shooting involved with restarting/resetting the camera and configuration steps in CTRONICS but got it connected. Works well since then. Sometimes slow connection but probably due to bad signal on my end. Quality of product feels good. Nice finish. Nice video quality good in day and night. Overall responsive app and interface. Don’t have anything to compare to and don’t know how it would handle more than one camera. Good experience so far.
