- Inadequate user interface with limited functionality

- Low-grade effects

- Purpose for making comic book storyboards is unclear

- Can't center or resize images properly

- Only allows for one strip of a comic at a time

- Bugs with sharing and canceling iMessage

- No back button to undo last edit

- Cropping is terrible and leaves images off-center

- Weird filter that makes real pictures look grainy

- Limited options for bubble types and background colors

- App may have loading issues.

I read the comic strips online each day even though we get the Post delivered each day. For the last couple of days, some of the strips will come up as usual but others just show a blank at the top where that comic should come up. Hard to understand how there is access to some comics an no access to others. Is there a problem that the Post is aware of?

How to fix Comic Strip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Comic Strip app on iPhone
Update Comic Strip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Comic Strip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Comic Strip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Comic Strip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Comic Strip Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Comic Strip not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Comic Strip App
1. On android, goto Settings » Comic Strip » click [Force Stop]

Update Comic Strip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Comic Strip App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Comic Strip » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Comic Strip.

Fix Comic Strip unable to contact server/ Comic Strip internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Comic Strip » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Comic Strip » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Comic Strip
