I’ve emailed and not received an answer. MMGuardianParentApp works great when it’s working. For the past month it has been telling me I don’t have a subscription when I DO have one and so it won’t let me access all the things on MMGuardianParentApp to monitor my child’s phone. I’ve paid for several subscriptions trying to fix it and even though it says the subscription went through, I still can’t access MMGuardianParentApp features. Will someone please contact me. I’ll change my rating when I get some customer support.

I’ve used mmguardian off and on for years. I’m no longer able to download reports without plugging their phone into my computer. How do I monitor while they are away from home?
The time block does not work for iPhones. It’s just useless to me at this point.
I can use parental control from my iphone through screen time to block access after bedtime but can only set one time vs multiple. I would use mmguardian to block while at school and no longer able to do that.

A lot of text messages and Facebook messages are not showing up. Names of people are incorrect and listed under the wrong group texts. It’s all scrambled around. Also phone calls are not recorded on parent app. I’ve updated app on both devises and still doesn’t keep track. Web browser and app usage works fine. Also location tracking seems to work fine. We’ve been using MMGuardianParentApp for a few months. Appeared worth the price because it’s cheap but could potentially cause issues down the road. Might be switching to a more expensive app if the glitches aren’t fixed soon. If you’re trying to keep track of ALL of your child’s messages and phone calls then you will not be able to with MMGuardianParentApp.

I purchased the license after two weeks of a trial usage. The system worked perfectly. I made the purchase on January 26th. MMGuardianParentApp has quit working 4 times. I reloaded MMGuardianParentApp each time. It is difficult to get support as you have to send an email and may receive a response within 24 hours. If the email doesn’t answer your question, you have to resubmit a request and wait another 24 hours. MMGuardianParentApp is exactly what I needed for my son. The only problem is consistency in its operation.

I really, really tried to love MMGuardianParentApp and for a few weeks (twice) I did. After a few weeks of working it crashed my sons phone and he lost all apps. Customer service assured me it wasn’t MMGuardianParentApp so I have it a try again. It worked well for about 2 months and now it says there’s a communication error and won’t update my app with his phone info. It says to restart, did. Nothing. It says he MUST have bypassed the features and deleted it, nope. Still there. I really wish there was a parent app that actually worked. 🙁

So I love MMGuardianParentApp when it works as it should. I go days where it won’t back up anything from my daughters phone then I have to shut down my computer restart the mobile service log back in twice try to manually back up and then do the trouble shoot every. time. It’s horrible when that happens which unfortunately is often. I thought it was just because she had an iPod but it does the same thing on her iphone11 now. I wish I knew how to make it work consistently then it would be a 5 star I don’t want to continue doing all those steps just for it to potentially back up.

I like MMGuardianParentApp so far; the new update fixed MMGuardianParentApp issue I was having where it would crash when alerting me to blocked websites. Now I’m just trying to figure out how my daughter is getting around the text messages being tracked as I can see her messages but it’s like she’s talking to herself so she’s found a way to bypass MMGuardianParentApp somehow. Not necessarily the apps issue.

App is great, but does give me hard time loading reports constantly. I have to try over n over again. But it has blocked all content and has loaded all messages eventually. Alerts come threw properly. Location is normally always right. Just wish it didn’t take so long and many times to get it to load the reports. I’m getting ready to buy a subscription,
I’m hoping that helps the problem.

Just talk to the kid about parameters and come as close to an agreement as possible. You set the schedule and press send. Then the phone will handle/enforce the rules. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t edit the schedule. You just have create a new one. But it’s easy and user friendly.

We downloaded and purchased the upgrade after our preteen was caught sending inappropriate messages and photos to unknown people. (Police have investigated). I love being able to monitor texts messages when needed. Love the time limits and that I can set certain apps to not allow access during school hours. You do have to be careful as kids can disable it through the settings.

I am appreciative of an app that helps me monitor my child’s access of technology. I like the feature that I can add a time to shut down screen time. In addition, I like that I can receive an alert if something inappropriate appears on her phone.

Unlike many other monitoring apps and parent / child apps this one hands-down is the best. Accurate location text message monitoring sms & social media monitoring and you can control what apps they can use on device as well as set time limits for everything .

You simply can’t beat the price either .

I’m very grateful for MMGuardianParentApp. It provides us with peace of mind that our kids are safe on their devices. I really like the MMGuardian browser, it does a great job of keeping our kids safe, while allowing them freedom to search the web. There are tons of different settings so their devices can be tailored to fit each child’s needs. My 11 year old can have more freedom than my 8 year old. We are very satisfied. Setting up everything can be a bit of a challenge but once it’s set up it works great. I do wish apple allowed real time monitoring of texting but that is no fault of MMGuardian.

Customer service was great when I subscribed multiples times accidentally. They were professional and got it done so quickly! It covers text, apps, calls, web, location and it’s price is so much more reasonable especially for multiple kids phones. Really like it and how it’s all set up! Easy to check and use!

I have used MMGuardianParentApp previously, it’s been a couple years but I knew I would always come back to this one if I needed to. It really helps me know what is going on in my children’s life but at the same time allowing them to have privacy. I love that we can use key words! MMGuardianParentApp has everything I need and easy to use plus it’s affordable! Thank you for helping me keep my children safe

I have only been using MMGuardianParentApp for about 5 days, but so far so good. It has not malfunctioned. I see all texts, call log, app history and location. The location does appear to be a little delayed with the time that it stamps on the location and that’s the only downfall I see so far. The web instructions for download were clear and precise. I would recommend MMGuardianParentApp!

So far so good - just knowing MMGuardianParentApp is on our son’s phone took our anxiety down a notch. It’s been easy to figure out, simple, and seems to be doing the job. Best part, we can let MMGuardianParentApp do the worrying for us - no more sitting up after bedtime trying to check through layers of locations within our kids’ device - this is way easier and less hassle!

The MM Guardian app review page for MMGuardianParentApp for the kids’ phone is only a few clicks away! It only consists of teenagers/kids stating how “ MMGuardianParentApp ruined my relationship and overall life!” I say let them live in teenage turmoil! That means MMGuardianParentApp is definitely doing its job! 🤘🏼 I know it’ll be a great thing in the long run that I purchased MMGuardianParentApp for everyone and my kids won’t turn out to be buttholes in the end!

I love MMGuardianParentApp (obviously my kids don’t) and have used for many years. Able to control multiple kids devices. I don’t currently subscribe but have in the past. The free features meets our basic needs. I enjoy the locking feature and being able to lock and unlock as I deem necessary. I also like the gps locator which has helped us find it if lost (address location). Even if the screen is locked, my child can still make an emergency call or it gives the option to send me a message via text.

I reAlize they get a bunch of one star ratings, but if you read them you start to see a theme. The one star ratings are from the kids! 🤣 As a parent let me tell you MMGuardianParentApp does exactly as it’s designed. Help you keep an eye on what your kids are doing and they don’t like it. Great job developers! You know you have a good product when the teens are rushing to tell us it worked.

It’s been an amazing app but it’s like some days it just don’t want to work. It won’t send a command and then erases everything and doesn’t work again until after midnight. I also did everything to access call log and it still won’t let me which is frustrating.

MMGuardianParentApp really works! It actually filters web browsing unlike other web filters that I’ve tried. It definitely gives me peace of mind knowing my children are safe on the internet!

Love MMGuardianParentApp. I can enter key words to be sent alerts for my daughters texts. This is great because it gives her freedom but alerts me of things that may be worrisome. Great tool for parents and children.

I can’t rave about this more, best app I have come across. A must have for parents, you have full monitoring and control. User friendly and you can rest easy knowing that the little ones are safe with all the technology out there.

The free app alone has been a stress relief in dealing with my boys. I was able to monitor their phone and locate them. Great app I hope it gets better than worst where other apps start out excellent and then the new updates drop the quality out ask for tons of money.

I needed a phone for my eight year old to take while walking the dog or going on a bike ride or even hanging out with friends at the park. My biggest worry was all the questionable material they could get into on the Internet or while on Wi-Fi with their phone. This has allowed me to give them the freedom to use the apps that are safe for them and restrict the apps that they are not ready for. It also notifies me of possible questionable images or texting, which is reassuring as well.

MMGuardianParentApp has been very helpful. Takes some work to navigate at first, but great overall. I love the ability to limit time for each app individually or as a group.
