ALAT Status

After I upgraded the ALAT app, it has not been opening. I have deleted it several times and the same thing still occur

I can't find the Alat app on my android menu anymore except I go through play store and when I do it shows its installed and open but I can't find it on my phone and it is kinda annoying, it is the only mobile bank app that I use that behaving this way, all my other bank apps are still very much in the menu

I downloaded the alat application only to find at last that a wrong account number was registered for me as a result of which I cannot operate the application

After I downloaded the alat by wema app, if I open it, it closes almost immediately without even opening. I tried decluttering my phone for enough storage space. I also deleted and downloaded the app 4 times. I also upgraded my IOS to no avail. Please, I need to use the app ASAP

After my other phone got spoilt and try logging in on the new phone whenever I tap the app then it will back itself
