Fix Free2Move Services on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Free2Move Services network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Free2Move Services Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Free2Move Services not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Free2Move Services App
1. On android, goto Settings » Free2Move Services » click [Force Stop]

Update Free2Move Services to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Free2Move Services App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Free2Move Services » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Free2Move Services.

Fix Free2Move Services unable to contact server/ Free2Move Services internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Free2Move Services » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Free2Move Services » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
