So I’ve been using it a good, 4 months. I’m on it everyday and make multiple bets a day. I live in LV and I love the convenience WilliamHillNevada offers. And that’s what it is. An app…it’s going to crash..it’s expected. There have been times when it crashed when I really didn’t want it to. And so what? I expect these margins of errors. Payouts are phenomenal. Zero issue. Go to a book and collect. Or use their card. Sure I wish I could bet player props and team totals, but this is a black and white betting app with in live bets. I’ve done plenty of those. What happens if my bets pending and the line changes? It’ll ask if I still wanna make the bet or it just makes it for me. Depending on when I clicked, place bet, and when their system changed the line. That’s it. Like with anything, take those margins of error into account and play accordingly. For your everyday action player like me, it’s worth it. And last week for nfl week one crash, they compensated me for being a loyal steady player. I’m cool with that. The complaints are guys that had a bad experience and want to put something down, or are miserable over the crashing and let minor things like that get to them. Bet from anywhere almost anytime and stay in the action.

I’ve had WilliamHillNevada for a while but almost every time I bet I wish I would have chosen a different app. When you deposit money through WilliamHillNevada it takes over 30 minutes for the money to hit, if your lucky and it makes it through at all.

They have crappy player props for most sports and their Super Bowl props are weak. Do yourself a favor and research all of the opportunities you have before you decide on WilliamHillNevada.

I don’t get why Winners aren’t automatically process to be paid Sooner, they have to do better when updating their live betting odds, with a different COLOR UPDATE, as they change ur original bet they will quickly update odds from a whole different total number and give u a +105 odd not -115 And as u keep pressing (accept odds) u assume youre taking the original as it almost looks the same, once u realize what u did you’ll see it’s too late and they tricked u and baited u into accepting the bet. This happens more frequent then u think because they frustrate the consumer sometimes by denying the bets they feel are against their advantage with a Red Color but not with updates for u to be carefully alerted. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Before cesars palace betting bought William hill WilliamHillNevada was great . Rarely ever malfunctioned and you were able to make more bets like parlaying fighters with their over unders . Now after a cesars bought it WilliamHillNevada is horrible , they limited the betting and it crashes all the time without an explanation and if you call and complain they’ll threaten you with closing your account , and it seems like too much of a coincidence that’ll it crash during major events or during great well known bets … WilliamHillNevada is meant to Help the bookies limit bettors and take your money , you’re better off going to the bookies in person . Which is probably why the made WilliamHillNevada worse to get you inside the casino …

After years of betting with FanDuel in other states, I did not know how good I had it. This is the least functioning app I have ever encountered. Every football week, from 30 minutes prior to the early slate, you can never get on. You know, the time when key injury statuses are announced before kickoff? Here we are week 1, games are approaching halftime and WilliamHillNevada has been down since 10am. If only it could have been known that this is a heavy betting day and infrastructure was enhanced to handle the load. I mean, who could have guessed that people would want to bet on football week one, right? Just ridiculously bad.

This is what happens when you get a bunch of degenerate gamblers! I bet anyone they still using WilliamHillNevada. They get mad when they lose or lose track of time and miss a bet. WilliamHillNevada has treated me fair for over 6 years. Great odds and In game wagering. You can also bet other sports that most sports books don’t have in Vegas. Do not listen to the salty gamblers. Try it for yourself.

Been using WilliamHillNevada for a while and they locked my account up for no reason after I touched their limit system which is completely broken. I re set my account back to no limits, and my account was still locked, so I contact them and all they have to say is limits are set by patron, nothing we can do. They refuse to listen to the faults of their broken app, DO NOT TOUCH THE LIMIT SYSTEM or you’re not going to be able to bet for weeks. Just find another app to bet on, honestly. These guys have no business having any business.

Cant believe William Hill hadn’t invested in the right technology to handle all their new customers ? App crashes on opening day 2021 . Cant check my bets can’t make bets ? What’s the point of their app then . I live in Vegas I can go to a plethora of casinos that don’t close or crash. Plus let’s not ignore the elephant in the room . Many times bets I tried to make right before game time wouldn’t go through but would have won ? 🤔

Wrong bets were placed on my behalf. I have screenshots of WilliamHillNevada glitching moments before I placed my bet. Told customer service about it but they didn’t seem to care.

My advice to you: if you use this sports betting app or any another, make sure you screen record yourself placing the bets. Other apps like FanDuel and DraftKings also have pending class action suits for doing the same thing: you place a winning bet but check your app after the fact and the ticket says something different…

The amount of issues I have with WilliamHillNevada and the lack of customer service to help fix it is substantial. Bets won’t process and then they suddenly will go through 10-15 min later after you’ve already initiated another bet since the 1st didn’t go through. You’ll be out double your money if your ticket loses and you won’t find out until it’s too late. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and I am now looking for other options.

I bet Stephen Curry to win 2022 NBA All Star Game MVP. Still haven’t been paid. I used William Hill’s useless “chat feature.” They claimed it would be 3-5 days. I went into a book and talked to a manager TODAY and he called the service department and they told him it was a Nevada Gaming issue. I pulled my remaining funds and will not deposit again until I get my WINNING BET PAID.

Like the title says there’s some things as simple as a check mark for when a bet hits or an X when the bet loses that could really help WilliamHillNevada. Also this doesn’t necessarily have to do with WilliamHillNevada but William hill really needs to loosen there parlay policy, they’re going to say I can’t parlay a ML bet and a total points bet? Also in the open tickets why can’t it show much much the bet pays out is that really too hard?

Trying to cash out now and there is no option to withdraw funds. Plenty of options to deposit though! I call William hill customer support and they punt me to something called Play+. Play+ is now telling me I need to register with them in order to withdraw funds. How in the world is it ok to take my money without this Play+ registration but not give it back until I register??? Ridiculous, do not go with William hill.

NFL Week 1 and WilliamHillNevada won’t even open.
Can’t see my wagers placed on it last week.
To say WilliamHillNevada has been “glitchy” is a sugar coated version.

Tried to deposit funds so I can place a bet. 8 hours later and the funds are still not available. Tried contacting customer support waited 45 minutes for their “Live Chat” only to be ignored and not get any response from them. Better off just going to the sports book and betting there rather then use this horrible App if you can even call it that!

After spending a while putting together a slip, if I turn away for a little bit, it times out and logs off and loses my slip. I wish at least that it would save my slip when I log back in

WilliamHillNevada is trash. Spent numerous hours on the phone with customer support, and even had to go down to the sports book, all to still get the same error message when trying to login with the info they provided me. No one seems to know how to fix the issue. I recommend looking at any other option for a similar app. Huge waste of time.

William Hill is absolutely the worse sports book you could possibly use. They have gotten away with grading boxing matches opposite of every other sports book, they have delayed pay outs on weekends that the players win, and fir the last 2 days have gotten away with stealing $ deposited electronically at there 3rd party locations.

For a company owned by a world renowned entertainment company such as Caesars… WilliamHillNevada is stuck in the Stone Age.

It is boring and dull. The least interactive and least pleasing app I’ve ever looked at or have used. It crashes often - how can you have your college basketball section crash on a Saturday in February?!
WilliamHillNevada is not user friendly - difficult to search and navigate. The only reason I’m using it is because they have a monopoly on the state of Nevada. Once Barstool Sportsbook is here I will use them (after having an awesome and fun experience with the their app in Tennessee).

William Hill… figure it out.

Don’t waste your time using WilliamHillNevada if you are an inplay bettor. Lines will be update all game, but more than half the time you will get a REJECTED: SESSION DOES NOT EXIST error message for no apparent reason other than WilliamHillNevada being ran like garbage. Save yourself the headache! I’d give zero stars if that was an option.

They shut my account off for failed log in attempts not even by me! I got punished and this surprisingly happened right after I won money. These people are complete con artists they told me they would contact me and never did, they never gave me any explanation and on top of that when I found out what happened they still would not talk to me about my account. I guarantee they will shut your account off if you win! They will confiscate all your money in your account too. They told me to call to speak about my account when I call they say we can’t talk about your account because it’s under “investigation” straight lies they are literally from hell to deal with the worst customer loyalty too. I opened up a William hill account literally the first day it became available in NJ ordered there debit card the whole ordeal, but they will screw you over as the saying goes the house always wins stay away from this Sportsbook they are nothing more than. This is why they literally have a 2.6 rating but hopefully someone else thinks of this and hopefully this brings the new ratings down, they promise to reach out to you but they never do!

Good UI, lots of selection. I love the idea of In-play but they make it super hard. The order of games in WilliamHillNevada moves around so you are scrolling up and down just to find the game you want. If you can look at the line for only a mere second then you can’t really think about which side to choose. Most games are not available for In-play and they often turn games RED meaning they are suspended from action. This happens so often it really makes it nearly unusable. Then the delayed processing with no cancel options or simple confirmation screen exists. I made many impulsive bets for way too much and lost. My fault, but WilliamHillNevada is designed for that. A cancel button, especially while “processing” would be much more consumer friendly. As it is, WilliamHillNevada is just too well designed. It is good for a bit of entertainment but be very careful.

I have called customer service and written multiple emails about problems with Inplay wagering. At this point I don’t even get a response so I decided to leave a negative review. Almost daily there are problems with Inplay betting, which has cost me untold amounts of winners over time. I have decided that William Hill simply does not care about loyal customers who have had accounts for over 5 years. As a result I will be looking to open an account with Station Casinos or the South Point. William Hill touts their Inplay all day long on TV and radio ads and is an inferior product in every way. Customer service is even worse than Inplay. By the way if I could leave zero stars I would at this point.

I have just installed WilliamHillNevada and it's looking pretty good he has a lot more features than the older version and looks and not nicer and easier to navigate now if I can just win any bets

One thing I wish you would have is when you look at your current bets after making them it does not show you how much you would win so you have to write it down before you make your bet

WilliamHillNevada used to be good and would rarely have problems. Now it’s like I run into a problem every few days. I invest for a living so it’s tough when lately WilliamHillNevada won’t even open, bets won’t go through and when I call about it and ask what the problem is all William hill employees can tell me is “oh I’m sorry just try restarting ur phone” and then that doesn’t work and I miss out on my investment for I don’t know how many times this has been... ridiculous how a multi million dollar company can run such a terrible app. Spend money to fix these problems. It’s not like you don’t make enough...

Customer service or employees don’t solve anything I did a in play bet at +310 the line changed and ask me do I accept the Che change I hit yes. Then WilliamHillNevada went to pending for the next 5-10 min. In the meantime I’m on the phone with customer service letting them know the issue and let them know I had screenshots my team covers I lose the bet and +900 in winnings. They try to blame my WiFi connection for the problem. Yet I’m using my WiFi while I’m on the phone with them and it’s working properly. App is a scam. Don’t do inplays they’ll pend you until the results and void it if it’s not in their favor

Day to day WilliamHillNevada works perfect... But when you have a UFC fight night or other large events and your app doesn’t work at all- your “we’re sorry” blah blah doesn’t do anything for those who want to place bets. More servers, or getting that fixed would be something to look into- useless if you can’t bet on current big sporting events that are going on at the time-

Been down for the last 2 weekends. Way better odds at the book. Live bets move all around so it’s frustrating trying to spend money.

Stay away from WilliamHillNevada it’s terrible it doesn’t work efficiently and they could care less they are going to keep your money regardless their customer service is terrible they talk down to you and they treat you like garbage their odds are never good they only care about taking your money and when you win it takes forever for them to pay you out stay away stay away stay away

William hill used to be the premier app. Now they have fallen by the wayside.

For starters the only locations where you can cash out are either in the ghetto or downtown. Unless you live in the south side of town you will find it nearly impossible to cash out.

Their in game wagering is a joke. Lines freeze when nothing is happening in the game. For example a commercial. They take down in game betting after the 8th inning in baseball. They won’t let you bet on games that have gone extra innings.

Fun fact. When you go to cash out someone has to manually approve the cash out from headquarters. This will mean if the one person they have doing approvals is at lunch you won’t be able to get your money.

I don't usually bother with writing reviews, but felt compelled after trying out many competitors. The layout and nav is intuitive, the lines are competitive, and placing bets is reliable. I'd recommend it.

So I just went to a William hill place in Pahrump trying to put 600 dollars on a nfl game for tomorrow when the guy told me sorry he closed at 9. When I told him it was only 8:52 he just said sorry just download WilliamHillNevada . So I download WilliamHillNevada and no matter how perfect the angle I get the camera refuses to capture a picture of the back of my ID. Complete joke I will never attempt to gamble with these clowns again

I get this error every time I try to start up WilliamHillNevada . I have the most recent version of IOS, I allow it to send me notifications and check location. I am deep in Nevada so location is not an issue. I’ve tried deleting WilliamHillNevada and reinstalling and nothing seems to get it to work.

Makes betting so easy ! Wish I play bets could be accepted little faster but time will help that but can’t say anything bad about WilliamHillNevada

App is working great but having trouble signing up for William Hill priority access keep getting error when I enter my correct info.
