3 years agoI received the training kit as a present from my girlfriend with the 9mm version for a android. after about 200 shots using the laser it just stopped working so i contacted support and after 2 weeks of going back and forth they said i damaged the cap from manually racking the gun every shot and needed to buy a replacement. i finally got the new cap a few weeks later and out of the package it did not work. this product is absolute junk and the customer support is even worse

Won't work with iPad
The app doesn't work with my iPad 2. I was hoping to use this older iPad as a dedicated training tool with this app. It works on my iPhone 11 pro but does hang up or closes from time to time. It also takes way too long to set up a session; too many redundant things you have to select. There should be a shortcut option to the most frequently used drills.

It could be great, but it’s not
It is tedious to set this system up. There is not a single place in my home where the lighting is good enough for this software. When it works it’s great, but 90% of the time it takes so long to set up, I quit. I have other things to do and have set aside time to dry fire. I end up spending that time trying to set it up. Not acceptable at all.

What does it pretend to take a screenshot?
Once you reach the maximum about of shots, it makes the camera noise like it’s taking a screenshot, but it doesn’t save anything. I don’t see anything in the app to view pictures or anything. If you look into the Privacy tab in Settings, under Photos, it doesn’t show LaserHIT trying to access photos.
