Summary of LaserHIT Problems 🔥

- Doesn't work with iPad 2.

- Hangs up or closes from time to time on iPhone 11 pro.

- Takes too long to set up a session.

- Not a single place in home where the lighting is good enough for this software.

- Takes too long to set up, making it tedious.

Will not show hits on the target. Red light shows dot but no record showing hit on screen.

program will not register hits on screen. Laser can be seen striking target both on samsung android and mirrored tv but no registering? I have tried EVERY TYPE OF LIGHTING and the only one that will "see" the laser sometimes is the free practice. I bought all the targets and modules for 9mm and am using the HD laser. I am ready to give up on this system. My friends won't get one now because they see how poorly it performs. It started out with promise, but now it takes at least 30 minutes EVERY TIME to set it up--only to have it miss 90% of the laser hits. I sure hope there is a fix for this...

How to fix LaserHIT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LaserHIT app on iPhone
Update LaserHIT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LaserHIT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LaserHIT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LaserHIT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LaserHIT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LaserHIT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LaserHIT App
1. On android, goto Settings » LaserHIT » click [Force Stop]

Update LaserHIT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LaserHIT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LaserHIT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LaserHIT.

Fix LaserHIT unable to contact server/ LaserHIT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LaserHIT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LaserHIT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LaserHIT
