How to fix RadMaps app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RadMaps app on iPhone
Update RadMaps app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RadMaps iPhone app

To resolve RadMaps network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix RadMaps not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RadMaps app issues:

Force Stop the RadMaps App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RadMaps app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RadMaps to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RadMaps App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RadMaps app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RadMaps.

Fix RadMaps unable to contact server/ RadMaps internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RadMaps » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RadMaps » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RadMaps on android.
