I’ve had this app for three years and suddenly I’m unable to access anything. I cannot log in with biometrics, nor my password. Everything is lost, including passwords that I have stored for my elderly parents.

Update: This is the response I received from the developer.
Dear user, if you don’t insert your password correctly, we cannot support you further as it is you obligation to remember the master password. We don’t have access on that as if we would, the app wouldn’t be secure. We have extended though the period of allowing you using the Biometrics. Keep in mind either to see your master password or to upgrade. "

I had been using this app for a long time now. After the new upgrade it asked me to put in my password. I put in my master password and it wouldn’t open. I contacted support for assistant and Niko tried to help me but was unable to determine what the problem was and therefor all my passwords are lost. The point of this app is to be able to access your passwords immediately and to have a place where all your passwords are stored. I now have none of my passwords and basically was told “sorry”.

Don’t pay for the pro version

I like this app other than the fact that I recently purchased a new phone and there seems to be no way to transfer over my passwords. I even paid $5 to upgrade to the pro version but was told I would have to upgrade my old phone as well for another $5. What a scam. I asked for a refun as none of the other features are useful to me. If they refund my purchase I will adjust my rating accordingly.
