Received a coupon for free delivery. Clicked on it and opened up to my local this app to order. I tried to place an order to be delivered and wouldn’t let me. I changed the delivery time several times. Called store and talked to the chef. This phone number I called is the same one I’ve ordered from so it’s a correct number. He said that it was weird and that they had several deliveries already. Asked if I was using Piada or the website. Took my name and phone number and reported the problem to the powers that be. He asked what they could do to make it right and I said that I’d try again later. He said he would keep and eye open for the order and it would be free if I would drive there. I still couldn’t get the delivery to go through and then downloaded Piada again. Got to check out with my card already processed and there wasn’t an option for delivery. Husband went to store to pick it up and the chef wasn’t there that he ran to Kroger’s to get gloves. This kind of problems has happened before on orders in varying ways. Very unhappy with service.

I consistently run into issues when paying. I always get the error “the sum of your selected payment methods must equal the order total” when they already do! I try to troubleshoot. I remove the payment method, adjust the order type, manually enter the delivery tip, then add my payment method to equal the order total. 90% it still doesn’t work. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started an order and given up because I couldn’t get payment to go through. I’m trying to get some food right now and running into other errors.

This review is just for Piada though. The food is definitely worth the trouble. I love this app, it’s absolutely delicious and I have always had a good experience in restaurant and the quality is always the same when I’m able to order delivery through this horrible app.

I’ve used the this app app a lot over the years, for both delivery and in store pickup. While the food options are great and I think they’ve improved rewards via Piada , there’s no way to provide feedback about specific orders. I have had a lot of orders be completed incorrectly or just not show up, and while I usually just cut my losses, I do try and provide feedback to help future orders. But theres no way to do so, and there a lot of hoops to jump through to get any sort of specific help or support. And no one replies when you fill out the feedback form.

Piada is OK for what it’s intended. Although, when placing an order I thought it was kind of cumbersome that I had to go back find my rewards number and enter it manually. I don’t understand why your rewards information is not automatically linked to the transaction of Piada when you’re signed in… The ability to use Apple Pay cards directly in Piada would be awesome! Hopefully that gets integrated later. Again it’s a solid start that hopefully grows!

The food that I purchased today from this app was horrific. I would not feed any human the food that was delivered to my home today. I actually threw it in the trash.
I ordered a Deluxe Caesar salad, half of the salad was ribs and the lettuce that I did see was wilted and brown. The this app sticks that were in the order were only filled a quarter of the way with cheese. And the this app sandwich wrap was soggy which made it disgusting. The quality of the food has definitely gone down, and it will be a long time before I order from this restaurant again. If I ever decide to order from this restaurant again, it will be in person

Piada is easy to use, everything I would normally tell them at the restaurant to do, I am able to tell them on Piada -and it comes dead on!
I have been able to use coupons just fine!

Give Piada some color it looks so dull, also fix the wallet issue or just take off the option to add it, shouldn’t be too complicated, your giving people a false sense of connivence, and make the images in Piada not like so chalky like it’s running on a ipod touch, it’s the most basic rewards app you could have, put a little more time and effort into it

Just discovered a few rewards I had previously earned after exploring Piada . Awesome! User friendly, easy to navigate, and more comfortability with using Piada vs. website to order. Thanks for your dedication and hard work!

I love Piada. First time using and it was really easy to navigate, no errors or glitches and it’s simple. Only suggestion would be to add more pictures beside the food descriptions but overall I’m impressed

Have tried multiple times in past few weeks to log into Piada. Allows me to enter email and password but can’t submit or scroll down. The keyboard can’t be minimized to find a Submit button. Very disappointed in Piada. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on my iPhone 7, still doesn’t allow log in.

These days, apps need to be super easy to navigate for the user on the go! Well, the this app One app hits that mark! In addition, the food is amazingly delicious!! Can’t wait for my lunch to get here!!

I had a lot of them same back as previous reviews but also why can’t I tip for delivery. There’s no option for that and had no cash.

Don’t ever order online. This last order took an hour to make. Terrible customer service. 6-7 people waiting for their order and there is only one person in line. 6-7 people are still stuck at the restaurant watching other people walk in and order/get their food before them. Zero stars.

Missing some key components (or they are hard to find if they’re there.). Ability to store gift cards purchased, checking gift card balance doesn’t work.

It is 8:06 pm. My online order was supposed to be ready at 7:45.

People walking in off the street are being served immediately while myself and 8 other online orderers are trying to keep our distance while waiting for our food ☹️

Works well enough for ordering, but I would like to be able to pay ahead without having to give up sensitive credit card information given recent data breaches from restaurants. Add Apple Pay!

This update is a drastic update over the old version of Piada (that was essentially a web view)

Several times we’ve just stopped in the store as the time the food would be ready was over 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes I drove over, waited in line, ordered, and got back home. Hopefully they can design Piada to go in smaller time increments than 15 minutes

This is the restaurant I’ve been hoping for for years... fast, delicious, just the right amount of choices, Italian soda, and straws that coordinate with their logo makes it all so wonderful!

I tried to add my this app barcode to Apple Wallet but it fails with this error:
