I went to Dublin sawmill rd Piada. The chef a heavy set white women did not listen after I had repeated order to her 3 times. Then she got mad and threw the food in trash. Then she gave me a half a bowl of noodles and a half a scoop of Alfredo sauce. She threw the ball down the counter towards the next person. Then when I was ringing out older white woman at cash register through my dressings into my bag. Then the person who I purchased the food for called back had a complaint. And the black man who was between the two women told her that I was the one being rude. Because I said maybe I’m not saying this so you understand. Worst service ever. 1/5/23 Food was awful avoid like the plague

Hello I’m a dasher and when I arrived to the store the works was rude , kept telling me a different time for the wait time . The manager got rude with me very uphappy and I’m not even eating at the location the manager has pink hair and the location is bexley ohio located in Columbus Ohio . Lilly

Received a coupon for free delivery. Clicked on it and opened up to my local Piada to order. I tried to place an order to be delivered and wouldn’t let me. I changed the delivery time several times. Called store and talked to the chef. This phone number I called is the same one I’ve ordered from so it’s a correct number. He said that it was weird and that they had several deliveries already. Asked if I was using the app or the website. Took my name and phone number and reported the problem to the powers that be. He asked what they could do to make it right and I said that I’d try again later. He said he would keep and eye open for the order and it would be free if I would drive there. I still couldn’t get the delivery to go through and then downloaded the app again. Got to check out with my card already processed and there wasn’t an option for delivery. Husband went to store to pick it up and the chef wasn’t there that he ran to Kroger’s to get gloves. This kind of problems has happened before on orders in varying ways. Very unhappy with service.

I consistently run into issues when paying. I always get the error “the sum of your selected payment methods must equal the order total” when they already do! I try to troubleshoot. I remove the payment method, adjust the order type, manually enter the delivery tip, then add my payment method to equal the order total. 90% it still doesn’t work. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started an order and given up because I couldn’t get payment to go through. I’m trying to get some food right now and running into other errors.
This review is just for the app though. The food is definitely worth the trouble. I love Piada, it’s absolutely delicious and I have always had a good experience in restaurant and the quality is always the same when I’m able to order delivery through this horrible app.

The food that I purchased today from Piada was horrific. I would not feed any human the food that was delivered to my home today. I actually threw it in the trash.
I ordered a Deluxe Caesar salad, half of the salad was ribs and the lettuce that I did see was wilted and brown. The Piada sticks that were in the order were only filled a quarter of the way with cheese. And the Piada sandwich wrap was soggy which made it disgusting. The quality of the food has definitely gone down, and it will be a long time before I order from this restaurant again. If I ever decide to order from this restaurant again, it will be in person
