JailFunds hasn’t been working for several weeks you can’t get past the Home Screen because of the “Louisiana resident” question tries to redirect you to another app where all the comments say that app doesn’t work either.

On two Separate occasions I had purchased video visits to see a loved one ... both times it didn’t connect ... it’s JailFunds that’s messed up because when I used Securus Technology that app worked perfectly fine never again will I use JailFunds it’s a complete waste

Very buggy and crashes a lot. If you compose a message and try to attach a photo you better save the message first because if you try to upload a photo it will crash. Messages need work.

I can’t video call at all says Safari cannot open this page because The address is invalid.

JailFunds is broken. From calls dropping and no refund to now holding money deposited, not knowing the inmate was moved, and no question to select for that answer, to just plain nothing on there app working, it has the value of useless piece of non-recyclable plastic.

I have deleted and reinstalled JailFunds a million times over and still can not send a message. I go to the computer and can send one just fine it’s frustrating

I’m new to all this, but the county that claims they use this site, I can’t find them at all, nor can I even add money if I did find them… this is crazy, Tele coin was a lot better, easier before they was transported.

So... I paid 6.03 for a 15 minute visit which I was only given nine minutes of. During those nine minutes we were disconnected three times. I have used other apps for video visits with inmates that are way better than this one!!

Do not buy JailFunds! just because you schedule an call doesn’t mean you’ll get to talk to anyone and you will still get charged. This is an absolute rip off targeting families with loved ones in jail. Total con game!

My son-in-law was in a county jail that used this system for 7 months. In that entire time not one single video visit worked. But we were charged for every one of them. Now he is in a prison that uses citi Tele coin and we video visit all the time. It freezes up sometimes on his end but he always gets to see us and the children

It crashes a lot,,, I can send (5) pictures one by one & one husband will only receive one...sometimes none...I can be typing & the site will crash & I’ll have to start all over & try to remember what I wrote..biggest problem of all is sending pictures to my husband of our kids & myself & he don’t receive them..Its so frustrating

I have tried multiple times to order a gift basket for a loved one. It doesn’t matter how many times you tap on the checkout button it never works. There isn’t a way to send customer service a note to let them know it doesn’t work either. Every time I click on “contact us” it does nothing. I’ve deleted JailFunds and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. JailFunds deserves a “0”.

One big ole webpage that is then feed into Apple‘s development and they wrap the application around it. Then they hook the buttons up to jump to specific parts of the page and mask off the rest of the pages. Whoever made this was basically an html web developer who knew a little bit too much. Right now you can’t even chose the state of California unless you hold your nose just right and stand on one foot for some time to get it to show up sometimes maybe. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hi blow a horn. Let some inmates lose for the trouble you caused them from using JailFunds.

JailFunds is just one shade from being a freaking scam. They do tell you if you schedule a video and the other party doesn’t show, you still get charged. Of course, with covid these days, there’s no way to tell if the time you schedule is going to be ok for you loved one your trying to connect to. But you get an email that says the video time was approved. The stupid app takes 5 minutes to connect (I guess all the good programmers went to Zoom) but also times out of the other party doesn’t show in the 5 minutes. But they still take your money. Shame on them. You should be ashamed of your self for working for this crappy company.

Has anyone had issues with their cameras not working for video visits?
I have a brand new iPhone/fast internet and very good WiFi.
I'm so confused and I'm paying $$ for a visit and my Loved one can't even see me.

My video visit has always worked then all the sudden two days ago it just stopped and when I get the link for the video chat threw text and click on it it just stays loading forever it isn’t a connection problem cause I have 5G WiFi could someone please help 😞

I had the same problem with my camera not working on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m hoping the next visit will work. I can see him but he can’t see me.

***Update***
I was finally able to determine that the problem I was having with getting phone funds added to an inmate’s account was actually caused by my bank’s VISA Fraud Prevention company who saw the site as one that fit their criteria as often a target for fraudulent use of stolen credit cards. It want an issue with JailFunds ., but because the person who responded to my contact for help advised me that they didn’t service the facility I was trying to deposit funds to, and which I was finally able to do with the bank overriding the VISA Fraud flagging and denial, I’m taking off one star in my rating. Obviously, you DO service the facility to which I am making my deposit. Thanks for all the “help” and not replying to my follow-up message. *****

I continually get a message that my transaction is denied when trying to add phone funds to an inmate’s account. I try multiple times every month, and eventually it decides to accept it. Unfortunately, by then I’ve already had VISA Fraud prevention questioning that there are numerous attempts. This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried to add funds by phone, but his facility is not among the limited options. SO frustrating, and I’ve written to ask for help numerous times. Not a lot of long term help there either. I really wish there was another option but I’m out of state, so can’t make deposits in person at kiosk.

easy to use. Just don’t need help from a human and JailFunds is ok

Easy to use and very helpful. Makes making deposits and communication easy.

While in the middle of writing my messages it’s ALWAYS force closing and I lose everything that I’ve written 😡 very frustrating to say the least! Fix it ASAP!!

I enjoyed the previous version better. This new one just doesn’t fit the phone screen well.
