I’m trying to add money to my husband account and it’s saying fraud

My husband Bernie Young was transferred to Perry county jail from Chester county jail on 12/20/2022 and still have not received his refund check for commissary and it’s been 4 weeks. Please respond asap

I put money on his books and it went towards his tech account

I tryed to put money on commissary for someone in Claiborne county jail Tennessee and it would not let me I tryed different amounts to see if that was the problem didnt work now my debit card is blocked because of direct pay can't get anybody on phone keep getting recordings they are trying to take 200 .00 dollars off of my card now when they wouldn't do it last night want it stopped told them that through the help center said would get back to me shortly that's what they told me when I asked why my transaction was blocked at terminal 8 hours ago still haven't heard anything from them need a different phone number that I can get in touch with them on or the main office lease thanks

My childs dad is incarcerated in St Charles Parish he is unable to send me messages i have contacted the jail

I can send messages to Bradley Phillippi but when he tries to send me messages it says he is blocked can he be unblocked please. He is an inmate from Montgomery county jail in ks

Have tried tried to leave money for our daughter every way there is and can't. The website has no contact us on it, there is no way to delete your account that I can see. On the phone app I got all the way through all of it and then it says does not accept deposits from this zip code. On the internet, the same but it says it does not accept deposits from this state, Illinois. I am not liking what I see on these posts on here. Doesn't look like a very safe way to deposit money.

How do I unblock someone?

It keeps saying credit card fraud service yet it is the same card I have always used. I deleted the card and tried to start over but it keeps saying the some thing. Please fix it now.

I have been using the Jailfunds app to connect to Williamson County, TN inmate since February and have had no issues. Since Thursday, when I receive a message for the video visitation, I click the link in the text, which opens up the internet, and directs to me tbejail.com. I am placed in the Video Visitation waiting room indefinitely. I have the jailfunds app on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, uninstalled and reinstalled Google, reset all my phone setting back to factory default, deleted all temp files and cookies from the internet app. I have tried everything and nothing is helping. Please advise
