Won’t connect, unless it’s supposed to take longer than 10 minutes. I’m not really happy with BOSCH “bluetooth”, it hasn’t ever worked with my jobsite radio either. $550 laser level. Free app. The quality is reflected in the cost of both.
Was a good app until I updated it . Now they eliminated the option to turn laser off in app.
Like other folks, can’t get BoschLevelingRemoteApp to connect to Bluetooth…which makes BoschLevelingRemoteApp useless.
Great laser but I’m having the same issue trying to connect to Bluetooth just isn’t happening
Similar to what someone said above, I had the two devices side by side with Bluetooth on and just could not get the devices to pair. Not sure if it was the laser? Is there a process to it that I missed? Seemed as if you got one button and open BoschLevelingRemoteApp you should be good, but it did not work.
Useful for controlling laser level when out of reach,
But Calibration guard feature causes app to crash without being able to reset calibration warning.
So it is useless.
Won’t connect Bluetooth with iPhone X. Symbol just keeps spinning
Took me half hour to figure out how to connect to the device after installing BoschLevelingRemoteApp . Here is what you need to do, go to iPhone settings and choose BoschLevelingRemoteApp and turn on Bluetooth setting. App works great once you connect with the device. Could have been a 5 stars by simply adding these simple step of no device is found.
Great laser, however, BoschLevelingRemoteApp has bugs that need fixing, when trying to increase the beam intensity to high it will cause the laser to lose the Bluetooth connectivity
