Outdated and Limited

Nothing has been improved with the most recent update and the app still hasn’t been scaled for newer phones. Why has this lame app NOT been updated to support newer phones with bigger screens?! Nobody uses an iPhone 4 developers!!! It’s been YEARS! Come on guys!!! Also, it has several bugs that you haven’t fixed. They were all listed in my previous review, but I see you made sure to delete it because it truthfully depicted just how bad and outdated this app is. The app needs to be rewritten to allow for the same level of info as is available on your full website... no, not your mobile one because that’s horribly limited too, but your full website. Bottom line, you just need a new app developer because your current one isn't doing the job right.

Needs Updating/Amateur App

Very disappointed that this app has not been updated in over 2 years. It is frankly hard to take the USTA (and any efforts they have made to improve Tennis in the US) seriously if they can’t even make a decent working app. Their website is not much better but it at least works. It may be beneficial to put in the additional effort and expense to get a highly rated professional app and website designer. If that was something that you already did, I do not think you made the right selection or got your money’s worth. Sincerely

And I thought the full site was bad

Completely unintuitive and horribly difficult to navigate. If I want to see any of my own stats and data, I need to either save myself as a favorite player or click on myself through a team roster. If I sign up for a tournament and want to see how many players are in my event before draws are posted, I shouldn’t have to go to the full site. If I see a player I’ll be facing in a tournament, I should be able to see their USTA rating, tournament results, and league stats all just by clicking on the player - like you can when you start from the league page.
