Worked like a charm

I forgot to get tickets in advance of our trip and used this service the night before we went. All went as advertised. You will get a ticket with a time stamp on it when you go to Colosseum. Don’t expect to get in immediately. For us it was an hour wait, but we just walked around and familiarized ourselves with Palantine entrance, boned up on our Colo. history and we were inside before we knew it - unlike the hundreds of folks waiting in the other line.

Buyers beware!! Booked SkyJump tickets for the Stratosphere in Vegas

Buyers beware!! I booked a ticket for 4pm on June 3 for the Stratosphere SkyJump in Las Vegas through this app website. My friends and I paid for the entrance fee to go up to the top of building thinking I was all set for my jump. When I went to check in the SkyJump staff proceeded to tell me that I also had to call and register because I booked with a third party vendor and it was not officially booked. Which this app website never mentioned. Staff at stratosphere said they have been telling this app company to alert customers to register but they are not doing so. Luckily I was able to get an appointment for the following day because they had an opening. If they were not able to fit me in, I would have lost all my money and my opportunity to jump. Huge inconvenience for me and my friends as we have to change our plans, wasted money for entrance fees for the two days and I was charged a fee by this app site for their awful service. Never again!!! Be careful!! I recommend to call Stratosphere directly to secure your tickets.

Never ever use them !!!

Ordered tickets and never received them. I tried to contact this app but the only option I had was live chat. I told them I hadn’t received my tickets or a confirmation or anything. The first answer I got was from a bot after waiting 10 minutes for a reply. It didn’t answer my question so the site said they’d give me Live help. They had three operators for the entire UK!! After another 10 minutes of waiting they answered my question of having no confirmation by asking for my confirmation number. I told them I didn’t have one. So then after another 10 minutes they said it’s an 8-10 digit
Number. I explained that as I had told them I had no confirmation. After another 10 more minutes she asked for my email. Then I finally got my tickets. But by now it was 2:30. The venue closed at 5:00. I asked for some kind of discount and they said no. How ridiculous. Don’t use them unless you want to be on hold for almost an hour and only get a half day on your tickets. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!

Scam

Scam alert. Do not use this company as they do not stand behind their customers. Bought the skip the line for Chichen Itza. We showed up and picked up our entry tickets using the email no problem. They asked us if we also wanted a guide. Yes, we did. We paid 1000 pesos for a guide and they called one on their phone for us. The guide gave us a mediocre, three hour tour of the ruins. Afterwards he was not paid by the company for his service. We confronted the lady that took the money from us and she claimed we never paid her. We called security and she also lied to them. We called this app and they said she was a third party vendor and they would do nothing about the third party vendor’s dishonesty. We ended up paying the guide directly, but this company does not support its paying customers. Further, paying extra for skip the line was worthless. The regular line was almost nonexistent. This company will never get my money again. Buyer beware!!!

Don’t purchase tickets through this app!

I purchased tickets for my daughters, I drove 2hrs to SF, took 45 mins to find parking. My daughter was feeling somewhat under the weather the morning getting ready. Upon finding a park, my daughter stated she felt worse and wanted to lay back down. I reached out to reschedule/ not request a refund, and they denied my request. I then explained that due to the new new covid strain/ outbreak I did not want to have her amongst people and that I needed to get her back home to monitor her symptoms due to the mandated precautions. They still proceeded to tell me no! I feel that this is ridiculous due to the unforeseen circumstances that are out of my control, and deciding to protect others instead of forcing my daughter out of the car. I will now have to purchase 3 more tickets at a later date but they will for sure not be through Tiqets!!! I thought I found a new ticket app!! I’m deleting this crap!!!

Totally not acceptable

I went to Barcelona, bought tickets into the park. The tickets give you an address of a meeting point. It does not say to look for a sign that says this or that. No clear instructions but i travel all the time so didn’t think it would be an issue. The park has tonssss of people. We waited a half hour early to be safe. NO guide in sight. Nothing. We walked around to the other side looking for help. I called the apps hotline to ask for guidance. Just an email basically saying the tour went on without you and no refund. I don’t give the dumb refund, i just wanted them to admit the set up is stupid. You need to explain to customers that you need to just go up to random people asking are you my tour guide bc i won’t be holding a sign or in any spot for you to know i am your tour guide. Do NOT book. The park itself offers the same price with actual
Tour guides that show up.

The website of the aquarium of the pacific in Long Beach Ca has the link to Tigets for Tickets in advance. I purchased a group of adult and children tickets. There was no ability to indicate a senior ticket. I contacted a staff member of Tigets through chat to find out about a senior fare. She merely told me all information was on Tiqets . It is not. I finally bought the tickets without a senior discount. At the aquarium I asked for the difference between adult and senior on one ticket. She immediately said no problem. Then she looked at my tickets and said they were not official aquarium tickets so they couldn’t help me since these tix were not guaranteed, even tho that was the link in the website.

So lest you have a concern with your tickets the aquarium won’t help. Buy your tickets at the site

Scam

Purchased tickets for Sea Life Park in Hawaii while adding 2 general admission tickets to my cart they gave the option to add a dolphin encounter for $167 each I ended up purchasing 2 and when I checked in at the park the front office mentioned that this company doesn’t have a contract with them to add any other activities but only general admission.. the lady at the front mentioned they keep doing this to people even though they’ve tried to contact them multiple times to stop. We were only able to use general admission tickets at the gate I tried contacting the company afterwards and only had the option of live chat which they didn’t help at all when I was trying to get the money back.. I paid for something they weren’t even allowed to sell…

Good app, small problem

I really like how easy it is to buy tickets through Tiqets and that you’re offered a discount if you book more then one attraction. I bought a ticket to Fly over Iceland and the Magic Ice bar in Reykjavík. I showed the ticket at the Magic Ice Bar and that was not a problem but at Fly over Iceland they were not able to scan the barcode for the tickets, it just didn’t work, but they saw that I had bought it so we were still able to go, thankfully.
I will most likely use Tiqets again if I see something that interests me in the future 😊

Unable to use tickets or get a refund

My family purchased 4 tickets to see the 911 museum in New York. When we arrived they were already at capacity and we were unable to use our tickets. When I called this app to see about rescheduling for the next day I was told they were already sold out. The customer rep said they had received numerous calls regarding this and I would need to email them for a refund minus the 8% handling fee. I emailed them and they graciously told me I could use them any time during the next year. I live in ALABAMA and will probably never go to New York again. I informed them of this and still haven’t heard back from them or got any type of refund. Lesson learned. Do not buy they a third party. Buy straight from the place you are visiting. Then your tickets are worth something!

Scam, do not book

They pretend to be the only source of booking for events. Actual event can do nothing for you if you want to make modifications, like add additional options to your ticket or if you need to modify time. You pay more for their tickets and get less. I was under the impression this was the only way to get tickets for the event based on how they represented themselves. We were stuck with useless tickets as we had to buy new tickets to add features to our reservation.

Update: they continue to harass you even when your done with them. The epitome of worst customer service. Just a continued barrage of blaming everyone but themselves for being terrible. Please do not use this company.

Be Careful with Purchases

Their policies are very unrefined and do not consider the customers experience. I bought tickets for the wrong day, and they wouldn’t simply help me switch the dates. I don’t feel like sharing the occasion or why going to the place I bought tickets for was important, but they were so ineffective at being helpful.

If you use Tiqets , make sure all the credentials you put in are accurate, because they will not help if you make a mistake.

*update* their response to this review is inadequate. I called the place I bought tickets for and they accept refunds and rescheduling. This isn’t due to policy guidelines, this is simply because they won’t..their answer does not justify their bad practice.

Amazing service

I had no idea this service even existed. I had booked the airport transfer through my hotel in Paris and when I got the confirmation it provided me with a link about your service and things to do in Paris. Within 24 hours I had the tickets right at my fingertips and it was just scan the barcode at the venue. I will definitely be recommending this amazing service to others.

This “Service” promises things it doesn’t deliver

Do no waste your time or money on Tiqets. It is an unscrupulous organization that makes commitments it cannot or will not honor. I bought tickets for the 9/11 museum specifically because they advertised the fact that with their tickets you could bypass the time-scheduled line. That is a lie. We arrived and were advised we would need to wait in two lines- one line to exchange these misrepresented tickets for a time-schedule ticket and two to wait for our scheduled visit. I called their customer service and was told that as a general rule this sometimes happens during busy periods. No previous mention of this possibility. No offer to help in any way. They are a pathetic sham.

Disappointed

Stay away form app/service. Bought tickets for a museum. Incident took place prior to arriving to the museum that made it impossible to attend. Museum was willing to refund my money. Reached out to customer service (less than 4 hous of buying) and would not refund the money (were not willing to refund a portion ). The only response was that had to be 24 houra prior to the date of the "show"(explained that tickets were bought just a few hours earlier for the same day). Would not have written the review if the museum was so open to the refund after the suggested reaching out to the museum who could not refund because it was bought from this horrible service!!!

Worst ever. It’s a scam.

Bought tickets for San Diego zoo and museums and needed to change the tickets and there was no phone number and zero customer service. I emailed them and did the online message and ttheor response each time was, give us a moment to check with our team about your case. Then thirty minutes later I would get a second message, I’m sorry your session has timed out. This happened five or six times. Then I just said okay, I will just move my schedule to take the original tickets and when I got there they said my tickets had been canceled. All that but they never refunded my credit card.

Customer service, Refund

Never use Tiqets, don not waste your money on this. 1 star is too much for Tiqets, I wish I could give them zero or even negative star.
Today I bought 7 tickets from Tiqets for visiting Hagia Sophia in istanbul turkey, but when I went there to get the tickets they said that they can't approve this kind of tickets, so I bought new tickets from them. After that I email the company and said they weren't be able to scan your barcodes so refund my money and interesting part is their "customer service". Their funny customer service respond me that they CAN NOT refund my money.
What you mean by you CAN NOT refund money back?????
What kind of customer service is this?????
It is your problem that they can't read your tickets barcode not mine. This is exactly stealing money from people by this way. If you can't support your own customers then don't call this show "customer service".

Worked perfectly for us.

I didn’t see all of the negative reviews until after I booked our tickets, so I was a bit apprehensive when we went to use them, but they worked perfectly for us and even saved us a few dollars over the prices quoted at the actual attraction. We used them for the Mystica Hanging Bridges in LaFortuna Costa Rica.

Very easy to use and reliable

Was so easy to use that I only used Tiqets to buy tickets for all attractions during our travel to Rome and Paris. I tried to buy using the official websites, but were impossible. With this app, payments were never refused, we had Skip-the-Line and good guides that actually helped! Well worth the few extra bucks they charge.

Costly Glitch

After clicking on a Tíqets Add on Google I download app and used it to purchase a single admission for the New York City attraction Top of The Rock. Immediately ran into problems when my VOUCHER not TICKETS would not download onto app even after being charged and e-mailed a confirmation immediately after calling customer service I was informed that a refund would take several days to be processed. Tiqets is Bad News!! use other apps like Ticketmaster or in this case you can buy tickets for Top of The Rock in person at 30 Rock home of Top of The Rock. this app App is a Tiqet to a big fat headache!

this app think of how consumers can save time , maximizing our time on important things on our vacation rather than going crazy looking for a place to get tickets, print it etc. or locate to pick up tickets. Their prices are much cheaper too.

Most Tickets are Overpriced

Tiqets is just as advertised, quick tickets on your phone. In my experience, At most locations you have to swap out your online ticket for a paper ticket so you’re waiting in a line either way. Not to mention the tickets they sell are ALWAYS (100% of the time) going to be more than what you would pay through the venues direct sellers, either online or in person. I’m not complain, because Tiqets does as promised, but it comes at a price (literal price $$).

All Access Tickets Warning

Friends,
I highly recommend you avoid using this app. There are “terms” about your tickets that they do not reveal until after your purchase is completed. I received mine and found I would not be able to use them due to these hidden restrictions. I requested a refund less than one hour after purchasing and they are charging me an 8% fee. This is an unethical business practice. If all terms and conditions are available in advance then they may perhaps be justified, however, that is not the case.

DO NOT USE TIQETS DURING COVID

Bought two tickets to the Spy Museum in DC. During the quarantine, these tickets were not redeemable in a way that allowed you entry when you walk into the museum. During COVID, this app has no customer service line that lets you get refunds should you have any problems. Wasted $60 for this company and had to buy additional tickets through the museum when we arrived. It’s been three weeks and they have not replied to countless inquiries for a refund. Do not expect to be refunded for bad tickets. This company is a money hole.

DO NOT USE THIS RIPOFF APP

The first time I used Tiqets it charged my credit card yet told me there was a problem & to purchase the (expensive) ticket again which I did not do. I contacted the company & was told after a long period of time & I had left the city to purchase the ticket again & they would refund me for the first one at a later time. Needless to say I did not, deleted Tiqets & reported the charge to my credit card company. If you use a debt card you will be out of luck. Use ticket master or StubHub instead
