Missing items , another order i never received

I placed three different orders , one of the orders are missing items, another order never came, and an out of stock item i paid for never got refunded. I paid for two day shipping on all of my orders one is just now showing up weeks later one hasn’t even came still. Ive emailed numerous times , called the customer service number no one ever picks up , and I’ve left several voicemails but no response ....

No matter how many times you call these people, no matter what time of the day they will never answer or return a phone call. I paid extra for money merchandise to be delivered in 2-3 business days and it’s been almost an week and I still haven’t received anything from them. They don’t even update the tracking status. Package shipping from Miami FL and I live in Broward County. It should’ve been here by now.

Go through BUT IT DID TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!! I’m very upset because once I went to the app I have no orders or anything. Basically just took my money. I called & emailed I’ve gotten nothing. What upsets me is the fact that they took the money out of my account
Yet I have no information at all for my order. My “order” basically didn’t go through yet they took my money ??? SO NOT FAIR .
