Unless you want to waste time and energy serving for half the rate you can get working for law firms directly, do not waste your time with this company. They will tell you how great a job you are doing and then after a short amount of time or at any point for absolutely no reason, they will send you an email and say you are no longer working for them and completely cut you off. I believe ABC legal to be a dishonest company, which uses automated process, to rule everything, rather than looking at information and getting the big picture with regards to process server success. I chose to work for ABC for a while, when I was slow as filler work, but I soon found out that unless I was willing to jump on my days off and drive 25 minutes out of my way to attempt a paper that I knew was a waste of time, as I’ve already been there two or three other attempts prior, that this company was going to harass me. They will regularly change pay on jobs after you agree to take them. There are many more things I can say, but the bottom line is, as a professional, you are better than this. Get your own clients, do not work for this company.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled ABCLegalServices many times because my serves will disappear. Also, as a recent, besides having to do that continuously, my serves come down, and I tried to click on the serve from the screen, and they disappear, not allowing me to claim the serve it just disappears like it’s a ghost no one has a solution. My updates are up-to-date from my phone. I’m using the latest version. I have been to Apple and I’ve been to, my phone provider which is Verizon and no one has a solution it disappears, and it does not allow me to claim any serves from that option. I am only able to get serves that I’m guaranteed and be able to print those through my computer.

I have used ABC Mobile for years now, and never had trouble with ABCLegalServices until the past few weeks. It’s so buggy. I can’t do anything on ABCLegalServices without it closing out and glitching and being very slow. It also deletes a lot of my pictures sometimes. Please please fix this issue and bring back the old ABC Mobile app before this version. Thank you!

I used to get over 100 jobs a month from ABC and I was very efficient in my work, especially considering I had such a broad area that I operated in. There were numerous jobs that should have been non served that the system would automatically say I need to continue attempts on when I knew for a fact it was useless, and sometimes when I communicated that with the support team I would get the same answer: please attempt again to confirm XYZ. Very nerve wracking that you hire me to do my job, I do it well for nickels on the dollar, and you don’t trust my judgement with simple situations. Then after several months of that, with no email or message or anything to warn me, I woke up one day and all of my areas were gone. They had been given to other servers and I had been given no notice. They did the same things to my parents after my parents did work for them for about 2 years. So they have no loyalty or respect for the servers who work for them and I would recommend starting your own business and working directly with law firms. I’m making good money on my own doing way fewer jobs now than I did for ABC Legal.

The customer service staff are incompetent in every possible way. Their incompetence caused so much confusion it made my job impossible. They made me serve people I had already served just to log more attempts even when I had served them. They sided with hostile customers who blatantly lied about my behavior when I served them. They changed the serve rate for jobs I accepted regularly.

Then they randomly send me an email saying I was banned for life without giving a reason at all.

They are a complete mess and if you take the leap anyways do not say you weren’t warned.

My serve area is more than 50 miles from my home. A commute that I do not mind at all. As I love the drive. BUT when ABCLegalServices crashes left and right, their built in GPS is so far off. Most of the homes I serve don’t have addresses out front and so you rely on the GPS to get you where you need to be. Another thing is that you report that someone doesn’t live at an address and they want to you still attempt that address. OR tell you to talk to neighbors to get the address resolved. Some of the addresses that we get from individuals when we call them aren’t even on GPS and that thrilled every thing off. It’s such a mess. And we aren’t allowed to ask people for ID. We have to trust them if they say they are a person or aren’t that person. It’s so frustrating. I’m rather new to this whole thing but it’s not rocket science. I just wish ABCLegalServices was more reliable. They do tell you to delete and reinstall ABCLegalServices BUT then try to blame your phone. BUT when the same issues happen on three different phones and an IPad that tells me that it’s not the devices. It’s ABCLegalServices . Their algorithm stinks.

ABCLegalServices is not user friendly. I easily learn apps and processes and this has to be one of the most difficult ones I’ve ever used. Also, In order to be a process server through ABCLegalServices you have to purchase a signature app for the affidavits.. and that process is also not user friendly. Also, it is not possible to talk to a support person on the phone about issues, it has to be sent through a message and ticket that doesn’t get replied to for a day or two . I serve for a different company that uses a very user friendly app and I love it. I will not be serving papers for this company if I have to use their app and processes, especially since I am unable to actually speak with a support person for help with issues and concerns regarding ABCLegalServices and processes.

There have been many occasions where I will log the info from a serve or attempt only to find out later that the info wasn’t saved, therefore I have to resubmit the info when I’m no longer at the address thus giving me a negative mark on my metrics. There have also been several occasions where ABCLegalServices would crash and I would have to delete ABCLegalServices then re-download it and log back in in order to save the info of an attempt.

ABCLegalServices , after 4 years, continuous to still crash at critical times when serving. I’ve been attacked by dogs and in general hostile environment where ai can’t report anything because ABCLegalServices will crash. Worst part, it crashes at night too, where it will report that I served past the legal time if 10. PM. And when I get contacted about these orders of hostile environment and I reply back about ABCLegalServices , I receive NO response.

I routinely run into an issue where ABCLegalServices won’t pull up my camera. Sometimes restarting ABCLegalServices works, others I have to soft reset my phone.

Color coordinating the pins would be helpful. It does really help you stay organized though.

I find ABCLegalServices pretty easy to use and handy when you’re serving papers. Only problem I had so far is when I had a kind of out of the ordinary service occur and I can’t really put it in that way. And it was difficult to contact customer service because they’re busy but then it took way too long for them to get back to me and it was too late for their help. Otherwise everything’s pretty easy to use. Just wish there was quicker response for assistance all the time

Pros: 1. ABCLegalServices filters & sorts. 2. Updates the distance of orders in real time. 3. Shows affidavits and the number of lapses days. 4. Shows pending payments 5. Allows easy acceptance & rejection of jobs.
Cons: 1. ABCLegalServices doesn’t send a confirmation that a correspondence via the chat feature has been received. 2. There’s no IM feature. 3. No way to submit affidavits via app. 4. Doesn’t inform servers when new jobs are previously attempted jobs.

App does allow me to view jobs to the areas I want to. Only downside I’ve encountered is sometimes my attempts don’t get logged appropriately need to double check attempt has been noted otherwise I have to go and enter it in later.

There are issues with ABCLegalServices telling you that you are at the wrong longitude/latitude when you are at the address ABCLegalServices provides you and the route planner takes you.

Their support staff is great and would let you know what’s needed to fulfill due diligence…

App issues are usually resolved that business day.. Pay per served document, can be a lil higher, yet you get paid within 24th…. which is good ..

My name is Zack Johnson , ABCLegalServices has definitely been on my mind, I feel like i should be able to refresh immediately and not have to wait 1 minute to see if my serve went through.
App lags when you are using it for a while (2 hours or more).

I started serving process with ABC Legal Services almost two years ago while completing my undergraduate degree. From the outset, my supporting team, specifically my area manager, proved knowledgeable and quickly helped me learn the profession. I have since signed hundreds of affidavits of service to be filed in courts worldwide.

Even beyond the pay, my time at the company has been rewarding. It has fueled my interest in the legal industry and provided me with experience in the same. ABC Legal Services is thus partially to thank for my recent acceptance to a great law school, and I plan to continue serving process as I attend.

My name is Danielle Morales-Herron. ABC legal has been an incredible company to work for due to their workload, flexible hours, and pay! If any issues arise there’s someone available to talk to everyday out of the week and they give daily pay unlike many process serving companies !

ABCLegalServices for ABC legal is by far the most efficient app I used I like the drop down menu I like that the keep all picture I don’t have to clutter my phone
I really like the route planner over all it’s fast efficient and self explanatory

They expect you to show diligence on jobs and I have learned so much already. I really like ABCLegalServices and it’s features, especially routing jobs. So far, they have been super honest and helpful. I am very pleased!
