We scheduled a trip to GIBRALTAR and were left. A tour guide called us at 7:48am (07:48h) and asked us where we were and I informed them our reservation stated we were to be at the meeting point at 10:00am (10:00h) she stated she would call the agency we paid. That was WEEKS AGO and we haven’t HEARD FROM ANYONE not even CIVITATAS! I sent messages with pictures of our reservation and proof of time. AND NO REPLY! NO REFUND!
To make matters worse we showed up at 10am just in case there was a misunderstanding & LIKE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS STATED…NO ONE SHOWED UP!
I would appreciate a REFUND OR AT LEAST some formal COMMUNICATION! Don’t use this agency OR CIVITATAS because they have been made aware of this BAD BUSINESS regarding this specific GIBRALTAR TOUR specifically numerous times!

I had excellent tours in Spain and Portugal, except for Toledo with VPT. Bordeaux tours were hit and miss. UK tours were excellent also, especially with Rabbie’s.
One tour in Amsterdam, last tour mind you, awful. When I arrived, Carlos, the guide told me, not asked me, that I’m doing the tour in Spanish. I paid for a tour in English. I’m doing the English tour.
And this bus is crammed with people. The seats are uncomfortable. I thorough you were a reputable company. Naturanda in Seville was great. Julia in Madrid too. More quality control is needed.

After losing 1 hour entering all my information including passport number (???) the app kept denying accepting my payment because my “card or account were not verified”.
What a sorry piece of software and a way for forcing a tourist to spend time and share information without providing the service promised.
