GoCo io Reviews

All GoCoio does is open the website in the browser. There is even back and forward buttons at the top. Doesn't really add any ease of use from what is provided by opening a browser and going to the website.

When I click the Google banner on the sign in page it takes me to Safari to log into my Google account. But after I log in nothing happens. Safari just shows a blank page that says GoCo at the top. If I go back to GoCoio that page is blank, too. I refresh with the button at the top and it is the sign in page again. My company had me use my Google account for GoCo but I guess it’s not compatible with GoCoio ?

Super slow, tiny buttons, geolocation doesn’t work, signs you out despite enabling the “stay signed in for 30 days”, constantly shows a refresh for update button but does nothing - if you’re using this as a mobile time keeper, expect your punch in & out to be delayed each time and/or for it to glitch out regularly. Reached out to GoCo numerous times & they’ve done nothing. Our employees hate it

I tap on GoCoio then the main screen appears but then closes out immediately. Please fix this!

GoCoio is clunky, regularly glitches, and data in system is not always accurate. Customer support is nonexistent. Client success team spends more time offboarding clients than retaining. Look elsewhere. Unlikely to be in business for long.

We’ve had them for one pay cycle. They told us that they accidentally didn’t take out our 401k contributions. To add salt to the wound, they still haven’t direct deposited last weeks pay checks. It shouldn’t be that hard. One job, folks.

The last three weeks GoCoio is unable to open. I’ve redownloaded it and it still won’t open. When I tap to open it blinks and closes. Anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix?

I’ve always been a big GoCo fan but the mobile app was lacking. Today when I logged in though, it was totally different. WAY speedier and easy to navigate. I also like how I can still do EVERYTHING I can do on the web version (other apps restrict to basic things on mobile app like requesting time off but not much else). Way to listen to your clients, GoCo!!!!

I just recently download GoCoio, but love that fact I can request time off from my phone. I was already a fan of GoCo's service but GoCoio is a great addition.

I love that I can have my GoCo app available at any time. It is very user friendly and handy for whenever I need to check something like company holidays, documents, PTO approvals, or benefits information. I can also pull up my app and show my health insurance card in case I forget it at home. Love it overall.

The GoCo App makes it so easy to clock my time in and out, view benefits, and schedule vacation. I’ve used other HR systems at prior jobs, and having all my information readily available in one one app saves me a ton of time. Also, interface is really clean!

I can sign documents, check balances and request time off, manage my benefits and access my personnel documents on here. Its never been slow, which most employee business apps tend to be. Solid app!

GoCoio has really come a long way! I love the push notifs and how easy it is to navigate.

App has come a LONGGGGG way since some of the older reviews. App runs super fast and lets you do everything the web page does.

Really great tool to access my employment info, especially when I’m not at my desk. Love that I can request PTO and view my paystubs whenever I need to!

It’s so nice to be able to access certain things on the go. Especially time off requests

The usability has improved so much. Logging in is much easier and the transitions from screen to screen is smooth. Also I’m loving the new layout!

Having used many of the major HRIS systems and their corresponding apps, GoCo is by far the best one available. Easy to use, clear to understand, regularly updated, and if there’s an error the GoCo team fixes it immediately!

GoCoio has simplified requesting time off, makes it super easy to go in and make the changes that I need. We also did our performance reviews here this year and it went great!

Simple, intuitive user interface. Makes it easy to find what I need without bugging HR!
