I absolutely love MeteorActive, it’s simple and easy to use and understand, it has more advanced features as well that can be fun to mess with as well.
My sole complaint is that there isn’t a notification the day before the peak of the larger showers to remind you, but that’s easy enough to add to my calendar or whatever.
I’ll reiterate again just how simple and straightforward it is to navigate MeteorActive .

MeteorActive is fantastic, I love the graphics, tracker and the Wikipedia link to get info on the showers. The only thing I think would make MeteorActive superb would be if there was a way to send a meteor shower you want to see to your calendar or a nifty reminder setting on your app! Also, since MeteorActive has a location setting for visualization info, it would be great

I found MeteorActive to work very well to identify when a shower is above my horizon And which ones are active. The only downside is that it cuts off at sunrise. Ham radio meteor users can still use meteors during day light hours as long as the shower is above the horizon. It is possible to make some day estimate based on the night curve but it would be a better app if it covered day light as well.

i am huge into astronomy and watching the amazing work that happens in the night sky. i get so bummed when i miss opportunities of witnessing peaks or when i don’t realize they’re happening! MeteorActive is perfect keeps me informed on when things are happening what time and where. it has really cool features and is all in all a great app im so glad i found it

Love MeteorActive!!! I have never loved an app so much I can’t put my phone down. Because I want to look at the picks and facts. I’m not a geek. And I was always more interested in gems and dinosaurs. But not anymore because of MeteorActive. I want to work for NASA I love space. Thank you for this Great app. It also helps Young kids learn more about the other things in space and not just the planets.

I enjoy watching meteors and MeteorActive makes it so easy. Would love to see radiant rise and set times based on location similar to what you do with moon rise and set. Saw a few orionids and Southern Taurids this morning..nice fireballs with smoke trails. Keep up the good work..

As others have said, this is one of the best and most informative however there is no ability to add a calendar reminder or alert; you must check MeteorActive regularly for upcoming events

MeteorActive is perfect. Takes into account so many variables and shows you in a very user friendly way how the conditions will be on the best nights.

I would give it a 5 star if updated to support the iPhone 11 screen. Took a while to figure out how to use it. Could use better instructions. But I really love the way it has the graph of when you can see them.

I cannot believe there is an app like this out there. This has to be the most wonderfully informative app on the market!

I extremely love MeteorActive and use it 24/7 and I track the best meteor showers in seconds! Also be ready for December meteor shower! Keep it up meteor active!

We are at Cape May Point New Jersey. There are funds available to find a location for a observation observatory… Need hep to locate a location…

Clean, easy to use interface that makes even star gazing newbs like me feel like pros. Also it’s free and I haven’t seen an ad, need I say more?

MeteorActive is so easy to use, it’s by far the best app I’ve had for meteor showers, I love it.

This used to be the best app for meteor showers. Now it’s completely unusable. It crashes upon doing anything at all. Even sometimes by doing nothing. I can use the tracker which is the most important bit.

MeteorActive is the bomb!!! When it works! It keeps kicking me out and I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and re-installing MeteorActive . It still won’t work 😭

MeteorActive constantly crashes. I’ve deleted MeteorActive and reinstalled many times and still crashes as soon as you click on the icon.
