Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LiveTrail app issues:

Force Stop the LiveTrail App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LiveTrail app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LiveTrail to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LiveTrail App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LiveTrail app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LiveTrail.

Fix LiveTrail unable to contact server/ LiveTrail internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LiveTrail » "Force Stop".

Again, got LiveTrail » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
