2 years agoI am currently attempting to complete the "TCCC ASM Train-the-trainer" videos. However, I am having to watch the videos multiple times for the course to process that I have watched 100% of the video. Example: I watched video 1 which took a little over 6 minutes. Once completed, I selected "return to course," to which it would take me back to the list of videos. I would be unable to watch video 2 because it showed that I only have watched "26%" of the 1st video. I would then have to play the video again starting at the "26%" mark, and continuously restart the video until I was at 100%. I am currently on my 4th time of watching video 2 and am still less than 50% complete with it. I have tried multiple browsers and have watched the video expanded and collapsed. Nothing appears to work. Any information or help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Closes immediately after opening
When I clicked product support, it takes me to the vendor sales page. This has been a persistent issue, including the latest update.
