I went into the ER around 3:30pm on February 8th, 2022 it was crowded and moving slow in there I was irritated because it was loud a few patients were on their phones and a few patients didn’t have mask on all to find out these patients were only sitting around for what ever their reason was. I was already in pain and still in pain while I the ER waiting area I believe I had a anxiety attack I was finally called to the back and by 6:15 I decided to leave because well first waiting so long and I have kids I needed to get back home too. I was placed on a bed in the hall. I saw my notes and it stated I was placed in room 31 which I was not nothing was done and no one approached after waiting on the bed in the hall after 20min. So personally. So this tan harnett never saw me and no one ever checked my I’d or even offer a gown to put on because I was never placed in a room I was placed in the hall

While the app is still evolving, I do like it’s design. It is great to have everything in one place including access to other (non-Penn Medicine) medical apps from one app.
What I do not like is having my prescription refill requests, and questions to the my Doctor intercepted and answered by Nurses. This is mostly the case for Penn Valley Forge. I find this to be frustrating more often than not. As a suggestion, give customers - via the app- the opportunity to complete customer satisfaction surveys for non Physician interactions.

Messages sent to Dr. Must not be checked very often, dont know if they get alwrts like i do, i reply right back and dont get a reply for several hours or not even til the next day…. Very frustrating… the app is cool to the point where you can request refills and all and to see all your info, but my phone works, if you send me a message i get it right away, or my cell number is right there in my info, a simple quick call u will get me everytime!
