While the app is still evolving, I do like it’s design. It is great to have everything in one place including access to other (non-Penn Medicine) medical apps from one app.

Messages sent to Dr. Must not be checked very often, dont know if they get alwrts like i do, i reply right back and dont get a reply for several hours or not even til the next day….
