I’ submitted my videos over two months ago. I was told it would take one or two weeks to get paid. I have yet to be paid and when i contact their person who messaged people back she says the same thing. “We are waiting to hear from them”. You would think after two months she would try and contact the company! This is poor service if you ask me.
UpdAte- i was able to speak to someone through email. Once i was finally able to explain to them the work i did and the proof i had that i was to get paid for the work i did. They were more then happy to pay me. The person through their email was really nice and was willing to work with me. I will be more than glad to work with this company again. I’ll just be mindful that it takes a little longer then usual.

They’re all so kind and flexible, seriously just so incredible to work with. this app is such a great place to opt in for branded campaigns and I love that their shot list is easy to follow and their staff is extremely nice and helpful! While there may be glitches at times with the platform, I usually reach out to the this app team and they are quick and responsive with helping me out!

I downloaded this app and participated in the TripAdvisor campaign. It was really fun shooting a commercial where I was the star and the director! The storyboard was simple to follow but also gave me room to be creative. When I had questions, the this app team readily available to help.
