Worst experiences ever.
Silly functions, takes too much time to open it. Just don’t understand why you don’t use the simplest way such as NFC.
Touch ID not supported either! Have to wait until the Bluetooth is turned on and the software is open. Just see how many people waiting in front of the gate.
Don’t want to say more about it. Deleted it already.

So many wrong information. We missed the last metro. Do not trust it!

Never update for the new IOS, Bluetooth recognition problem
- Automatically toggle the screen brightness to maximum and that really hurts my eyes. - No guide line for elevators in the layout map. - Too much Useless functions.
Not supporting NFC is actually because not all the phones has it! Instead, QR is OK for each phone. However, pop-up ads is a terrible experience!
Metro system is great. However, where is the WeChat Pay support? Several articles indicate that Metro Daduhui app supports WeChat Pay beginning in May, 2018. Its Jan 2019 now, still don’t see it.
Takes all of your personal data and doesn’t even work very often
I gave 1 star because there is not an option of zero star. Not sure about the Chinese version, but the English version of ShanghaiMetroDADUHUI is literally broken.
